I know the feeling, used to happen to me.

I got two jobs, work 7 days a week,go to gym 3 times a week and I study at home. Planning and time management is the key.

Drink plenty of water, seems to help me with the stress. And always keep reminding yourself that it will all be worth it at the end.

I love to sleep. Actually doctors advised that every person should sleep 7 to 8 hours daily at night. And child should sleep 11 to 12 hours daily at night. That was the most important to stay healthy and also good to keep your body fit. And if you want to gain weight then you should also sleep well and also eat well.

I'm a terrible sleeper. Should go to the doctor but it seems I'm happy enough to take medical advice from anonymous users on a car forum. Downloaded the app and will see how I go.

We seldom offer bad advice.

Now sign over your car collection to me; this will save you hours of headaches and servicing costs.

Birds I will gift you my Mazda6. I'm sure that's what you meant. New tyres, brakes and wheelbearings - cracking car. Sleep app worked well but at this stage is proving to be more of interest than help. It shows 5 points of deep sleep and 1 point of awake over 8 hours. Deepest sleep at 4.00 and a wake up time of 5.12. Alarm was spooky as it goes off just as you are waking anyhow....Seems like a coincidence until you remember how it works.

The acceleromiter dooby in the iPhone is very sensitive and I was impressed how well it worked on its test.

Can't get a screen dump or an image file off the phone so can't share. Will take technical assistance.

Above performance assisted by an over the counter sleeping pill.

Edit, found a way to get the image. Not sure about file format. See how we go.

what is the go with these sleep apps?

what are they meant to do? help you achieve? offer what adivce? are they bs like testosterone pills? how are they meant to work?

They just learn your usual sleeping pattern, then time the alarm appropriately to wake you outside of REM sleep.

That and you can use them to see your own sleeping pattern for insight.

they work via the accelerometer in the phone. so it need to be able to feel you tossing and turning. they are useful because it will wake you at 6.47am when you are at a lighter stage of sleep vs 7am when you may be going back into a deeper sleep. basically its less of a shock to the system and you dont feel as groggy when you wake

For the record Leesh, you don't need to have it right next to your head. There should be a "test" mode on the thing where you can trial different spots on your mattress. Just chuck it into test mode, put it on the other side of your bed from where you have your head, and move around a bit. It should make sounds to indicate it's picking up your movement.

Not a matter of worthy dear. This is sometimes due to burden of work that you have done for last few days or weeks. Or may be due to the style of sleeping that you have adopted. Sometimes you feel comfortable in new one but not your body organs. So, try to relax and calm down.

    • Hi guys . Can someone help me  I bought an Android screen for my Nissan fuga but it won't turn on
    • My guesstimate, with no real numbers to back it up, is it won't effect it greatly at all.its not a huge change in position, and I can't see the air flow changing from in turbulence that much based on distance, and what's in front of it. Johnny and Brad may have some more numbers to share from experience though.
    • Which solenoid? Why was it changed? Again, why was this done? ...well, these wear..but ultimately, why was it changed? Did you reset the idle voltage level after fitment? I'm just a tad confused ~ the flash code doesn't allude to these items being faulty, so in my mind the only reason to change these things, would be some drive-ability issue....and if that's the case, what was the problem? Those questions aside, check if the dropping resistor is OK ...should be 11~14 ohms (TCU doesn't throw a flash code for this) ~ also, these TCU designs have full time power (to keep fault code RAM alive), and I think that'll throw a logic code (as opposed to the 10 hardware codes), if that power is missing (or the ram has gone bad in the TCU, which you can check..but that's another story here perhaps).
    • Question for people who "know stuff" I am looking at doing the new intake like the one in the picture (the pictured is designed for the OEM TB and intake plenum), this design has the filter behind the front bar, but, the filter sits where the OEM duct heads into the front bar, and the standard aperture when the OEM ducting is removed allows the filter to pulled back out of the front bar into the engine bay for servicing, a simple blanking plate is used to seal the aperture behind the filter This will require a 45° silicone hose from the TB, like the alloy pipe that is currently there, to another 45° silicone hose to get a straight run to the aperture in the front bar Question: how will it effect the tune if I move the MAF about 100-150mm forward, the red is around where my MAF is currently, and the green would be where it would end up Like this This is the hole the filter goes through  Ends up like this LOL..Cheers
    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
