Should only be Pennant Hills Rd though... And most cars are trying to leave Sydney i hope.

Unfortunately not, dude - seeing as a fair chunk of Sydney residents live out West, there'll be heaps of people heading the same way you are along the M4 and/or the Great Western Highway. In fact, the traffic usually frees up after the area where the M4 and M7 intersect, which is past Eastern Creek... :(

Will be there to spectate...as a stock stagea on 18's is not show worthy lol.... Fanciest thing my car has is custom black leather interior....

Bring the car anyway - my car is also a stock-looking Stagea on 18s, so yours won't be alone!

We discussed attending as a club and having the club display. Nick and I are tee'ing up a meet with the Top Secret boys to find out how we go about getting our official display.

As soon as we have that info we'll post up and make an Official SAU entry listing.

So more information to come VERY soon.

OK, the information has been sourced, and Eric and I (and other Execs) are now working out our best plan of attack to make the most of the night (and hopefully carry those plans through to any future nights that are held).

We'll let you all know what the go is soon! Stay tuned...

Goddamit... Lol... I'll see if I can leave work earlier then :)

Looks like I could bring along the m35 for something different in the sau mix. Let us know what's happening with the club display and I'll book in.

Yeah, like Luke says, do it Alex!

This is for the $10 entry right? Just making sure...

I'm in, will register soon.

$10 for VIP entry.

entitles you to early entry and VIP lane entry.

passengers are still a gold coin donation.

of, $5 normal entry for the car on the night.

So we're deep in planning now folks. SAU will have an official trade booth and we're working to get a few cars around it. Unfortuantely not sure on the logistics of having all SAU together. In fact I think with an event of this size it would be a logistical problem for the organisers.

So we will be in contact with a select few to for the club trade booth.

For the rest, I suggest if you want to represent the club join with a VIP to get early entry and designate a meet up point and go all together in a group. If you arrive together it will be way easier to get a location where all our cars are grouped.

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
