Yeah I do have it on

It also has a hot dog and cannon

It's a little loud but not silly loud !

I'm just worried I won't have enough back pressure.

I'm thinking of buying a turbo with a .63 rear for good mid range power but I'm thinking I might run out of up top fast because theirs to much flow

You don't want backpressure on a turbo car

I dont know why some say go for 260rwkw, I have a very snappy delivered 290 and want a bit more, maybe 320-330 will be my sweet spot.

very true, 260kw for me felt like the job was only half done, 320 and the motor feels alive

just dont loose control of the thing when in third and the backend wants to overtake the front .

E85 also masks some of that too.

If you tried it on pump you'd be unlikely to get there :)

Ah OK, I thought exhaust flow was the same on either fuel... But yes my car only makes 315-320 on pump from memory

Exhaust flow is actually higher on E85 for the same power. That's because ethanol makes more water vapour than petrol does, and there is less oxygen in each water vapour molecule than each CO2 molecule - hence you get more molecules in total. And then if you're making more power (because E85) then you make even more gas volume again. But if perchance the exhaust temperature is lower, then the actual volume will be lower than if it were hot, so you save some velocity and hence reduced friction and pressure loss. There are swings and roundabouts there that you'd need to do the sums on before saying exactly what the expected effect is.

My point was more than you can still wind timing and boost without detonation even with a restriction where pump would be showing up problems. Plus matt you have separate wastegate, also helps things out

Anyway point overall is 4" is overkill, 3" would also be fine for that power - so either/or.

No, 3inch minium. If you have the 4inch, just leave it on...they're just saying it's overkill for the the power expectations.

3inch looks small, better off with 3.5-4inch , cant hurt and possibly spooling might be better with a biggish turbo?

Keep the exhaust setup you have. Just buy a hypergear bolton turbo. Buy a nismo drop in full pump, injectors of your choice. And a nistune/PFC with z32 afm. Npc single plate. And be on your way. Remember with upgraded power you will need good tyres suspension brakes to.

still undecided if i should buy a gt3076r with internal gate or external gate and use standard manifold.

If you want to keep the standard manifold and a more stock look you cannot go wrong with the hypergear much much easier to fit up and very good results

Would not hurt to use a fuel pressure reg. As for the turbo you really can't go past hypergears turbos theses if you wish to keep the standard manifold. Even aftermaket manifold he has some good options.

    • Brooooo Please send ABS control unit schematic Please! R33 gts25t ABS (Its two plug ecu, black and white) wire colors possible? [email protected]
    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
