Hope you too the cops badge number. Interested to see what comes of this... sounds pretty messed up good luck with it mate.

Badge number?

Maybe ask for scully when you call. :):D

it sucks about you getting defected, etc, and your car being stolen. however, it is worth pointing out that a RWC doesn't stop you from getting defected. these days a RWC is actually just a safety certificate. it doesn't mean that your car is 100% legal and you can't get defected. for example, it doesn't check emissions.

ahahhah i know right? Well whats happened is they tryed to hot wire it. pushed it down the street. failed. and left it there. hence why i thought they stole it then randomly dropped it off... the fuel was full the night before it got broken into and it still full now.

i had a look at Taleb tyres. they dont sell work wheels. Anyone know a good place to get work wheels? otherwise i might have to buy off ebay.

Sidney is supposed to be worse. If I was you I would get in contact with Chris Rogers from Audio Express, he has installed alarms on almost every club members car and is very highly recommended and knows skylines inside out. He would be a fair drive for you but it's worth it for peace of mind.

I know myself and a couple of the other guys from up here have made the trip down from Toowoomba to get Chris to do work on our cars

Sucks to hear but you should NEVER park on the street in the GC. The mid-level crime in GC is equal to almost anywhere in the country.

I'd suggest moving, unless you make a living from the nightlife ?

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
