already a fair bit of cardio in the work out.

in theory you could go for a run on thursday, I personally feel that stop start sprinting would be the way to go, just go as hard as you can.

with the amount of work you do i wondering if you are getting enough calories, especially protein. can you eat nuts? add a scoop of vanilla protein in your breaky smoothie, lower the carb at dinner and increase the meat

below is a sample diet for a fitness model Bella Falconi 5ft 2 @ 52kg:

  • Meal 1: 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread (low sodium) with 2 tbsp. of Almond Butter, 6 Egg Whites and 1 scoop of Isolate Whey Protein
  • Meal 2: 1 Sweet Potato, 10 Asparagus and 5 oz. of chicken breast
  • Meal 3: 1/4 cup of Quinoa, 1 fillet of Orange Roughy and Salad
  • Meal 4: 4 oz. of Ground the sphincter of the universe Breast, 1 Sweet Potato and 10 Asparagus
  • Meal 5: Omelette made with 6 Eggs, 2 slices of low sodium the sphincter of the universe, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions and Broccoli
  • Meal 6: 80g of air popped Popcorn and 2 scoops of Isolate Whey Protein with water

I know that you're a vegetarian, just to give you an idea of how much she consumes

My thoughts is that Birds is thinking you arent eating enough to support growth, I could be wrong he would need to confirm.

I have a friend (unfortunately male) but his diet was terrible, less then what I eat, his workouts however were brutal this was due to his history from boxing. The minute he started eating half decently, he packed on the weight and is looking better then ever.

I am no expert Leesh, just throwing a couple ideas at you. I would seriously consider if possible, dumping on of those cardio classes and going and doing pole dancing (surely there is a dance studio semi close to where you live or work that offers it). its all core strength and I can atess to the results it provides

Hi Mitch I can eat some nuts, allergic to peacans, walnuts and pistachios. I eat nuts when I can such as in a trial mix as a snack.

I did write up my diet earlier. I used IIFYM to find out my daily macro count a little while ago and I should be consuming 2000 calories a day (which I do). I should be consuming 127g of protein a day (I exceed this) and 38g of fat a day (I'm usually around 30 to 35g a day) Carbs 247.5g a day (sometimes I exceed this) and fibre 26-30g a day (which I do)

I really don't think I need to eat any more protein as consuming around 140g a day with no meat.

I think I eat more in a day than the sample diet of the fitness model you just wrote up. I think I may be eating too much, hence why I'm not getting much more definition.

I'll look into pole dancing. If they have a time slot that I can fit in around my schedule I will do it.

Thanks for your help.

That fitness model is not good looking imo, too masculine, but I realise that's personal preference and probs what's needed to win/be selected for shoots etc.

Damn Leesh, you train a heap!

I agree with your opinion on the fitness model, abs are nice though.

Yeah I do, however anything cardio is a walk in the park for me, except Sundays grit session... That is hardcore, to the point of feeling like I'm going to vomit.

I took last night off training, mentally and physically not well atm. Usually I would just go but the thought of going made me anxious so I might have the next few days off as well. I guess it's a mixture of things happening in my life atm and how I'm feeling about myself that's bringing me down.

Still can't get myself to miss a session of body attack (aerobics) on Tuesday nights. I can be dying and I still have to go. I came out of hospital earlier this year drugged up to the eyeballs and went straight to attack, in hindsight that was one of the stupidest things I've done.

After my 6 to 8 weeks out I will never train injured again, I know I made it so much worse. This week my shoulder has been feeling close to 100% back to normal, so happy! Only hurts when I wake up and I still can't sleep on that side.

    • Block bump. $400. As above cyl 6 needs bore or sleeve.
    • I would think making the argument that the travel is limited by a spring flexing against a spring perch as "the same method". Later on in the document they do state that the spring can't bind on full bump travel and cannot come loose in full rebound travel as well. (which is all very sensible). The laws are actually pretty sensible and reasonable. It's just that the people who enforce and check them don't actually read them or know them accurately. "Oh, coilovers? Instant fail mate. Don't even need to look at it." - Guy who will be instantly reported by me. There is probably merit to people who do get defected for height also get defected for the suspension in that state that allows it. I did never consider the people who are complaining about coilovers being picked on are also running around at 50mm off the floor.
    • I think given SAU's knowledge of E85 we can strongly conclude that 10% ethanol in almost any situation is entirely fine. Almost all of the myths against E85 were overblown, let alone E10.
    • From your link See bold text, is this referring to damper settings, if so that may a issue for "some" inspectors, I cannot see aftermarket coilovers having the evidence that "must be available that its functional performance is equivalent to the original" Maybe just remove the adjustment knows and hope for the best???? Meh 5.2 Suspension travel In all instances, modifications to a vehicle’s suspension must ensure the integrity of the system and not compromise the ride quality. At least two thirds of the original suspension travel should be maintained in both directions (rebound (i.e. extension) and bump (i.e. compression)), and rebound must be limited by the same method used by the vehicle manufacturer or if this is not practicable due to the nature of the modification, an equivalent method. If an alternative method is used, evidence must be available that its functional performance is equivalent to the original.
    • They actually don't - They adhere to VSB14 rules just like Victoria. The rules are against CABIN adjustable height, and it quite clearly states that the height has to be within parameters. I asked the VASS engineer to confirm this when I got my car engineered and they refused to engineer the coilovers because they didn't meet the requirements for requiring engineering. (mine are height adjustable.) People "Not wanting to bother" with "Actually reading/knowing/adhering to the rules" should result in fines and immediately losing the ability to issue blue slips and/or RWC's in Vic.
