Headlight Failure

I have an r32 skyline gtst, and my headlights/high beams wont work, iv replaced all the bulbs and still wont work, iv tested all the plug ins for power and there is power running to all the plugs,

any idea why this would be happening?

could be the headlight rotary switch, its has pots inside that can melt with heat over time, u can disassemble and check

I can only comment on my R32 GTR but... Also confirm that the relays are getting power when the lights are turned on. On a GTR they are in the relay / fuse box on the left side of the engine bay. I've had both the rotary switch die and a relay connection go bad.
