No, this could be a contentious topic as a lot of us have seen a selection of the below in our rear view mirrors before, but once you separate yourself from your emotions, you might just agree with me that we have some of the coolest and best looking cop cars in the world.

Keep in mind, I dont include Dubai in this tally as Dubai cop cars are just nuts....

So .... What do you think? Is there another country that can rival us for cool cop cars?

I know there are some Lamborghinis in Italy and some M5s in Germany and the odd Jaguar XF in Britain and an occasional Corvette in the States. What is your fave?

You can upload your International Cop Cars into this special album.

Photo credits in Gallery albums. International and Australian.

I've seen a Jeep Wrangler cop car on the M4, couldnt find photos after though..

And a GTI golf undercover cop.

Saw some nice Camaro cop cars in US.

Interesting topic though, I'll revisit with photos!!

yeah aussie cop cars are pretty solid and in fact very capable

but i just like the meaner looking US ones

Agreed, those US bullbars are nuts. Even if I was being chased by a single cop carrying one I'd have to pull over. After I'd pee'd a little.

haha, back when i had my commodore i wanted to get one of those bull bars, but no one makes them locally and probably cos they aren't ADR compliant

    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
    • It's been quite the ordeal but hey, at least you figured it out.
    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow
