Want to buy Rb25det neo.

if over 120,000km I don’t want it.

dont need that rubbish cold side or any ic piping.

would prefer a later gtt neo over a c34.

optionally assembled long block ready to have head put on.

I’m in the act so I’m willing to pick up if it’s the latter.

cheers guys.

probably easier to find them on the multitude of JDM parts sales groups on facebook mate

I don’t have Facebook anymore. Figured the guys here would be somewhat more informative/helpful.
haven’t had great luck with what I’ve bought/people I’ve tried dealing with on Facebook in the past though. Partly why my engine got wrecked so bad, mechanic I used was pretty abominable after pulling it out and seeing shortcuts I couldn’t actually see while it was in.
Figured the second comment was essentially a don’t bother replying but thanks anyway dude, I’ve hit up some people I know overseas. Fingers crossed.

Lock whenever, flame war or whatever ?

Did you even try to source one ? I think JDM garage has sold at least 4 - 5 Neo's since your first post, they sell them all the time.  Give them a call see if they still have one.

Apparently no one sells this shit anymore it seems. Helpful as f**k, 10/10.

Wow, please don't hesitate as you hover your finger over the "Delete Account" button if you find everyone here so completely unhelpful. You've so far shown great value to us too so thanks heaps for your input.

Are you seriously that bitter that you would drop the lip because no one has something to sell you? Have you not noticed lately how the value of "this shit" and the speed at which it sells has gone crazy? Its hard to buy anything at the moment.

If you've been burnt on Facebook go and take out your rage over there, not here.

    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
    • Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
    • Harness is for a s1 Rb25det, and it is engine and lower harness.  the old harness had broken off plugs and was in very rough condition/exposed wires and splices etc. it is not able to be put back on the car, I could visually inspect to see if they had rewired any pins on the ecu plug. The fuel pump definitly isn’t turning off it’s an external pump and very loud you can hear it. Will look at the other harness tonight, am also going to pull the fuel rail and watch the injectors spray, will update here with what I find. Pretty sure at this point it has to be something to do with injectors because car will fire up on starting fluid and cas is clicking the Injectors. Fuel pressure is steady 43psi
    • Check the injectors flow evenly, and are actually flowing what you and the ECU think they should be flowing. If it's starting up on starter fluid, you have a fuel issue. Is it possible under cranking your fuel pump is turning off?   The harness you replaced, is that the whole engine harness? Do yourself a test, and drop the old harness on and plug it into the Z32 ECU. It's possible they've wired things different. From memory S1 to S2 is different in RB25 and you may have a wrong loom
