Really dumb question but have you checked your timing? One random but crazy suggestion is could possibly the cat be clogged?  You replaced everything else....

I had a shop that specializes in imports and high end cars check the timing about 3 weeks ago. everything was all good. plus i had the timing belt and water pump replaced 3 years ago. Thanks for the help.

When you unplug the O2 sensor does it idle better?

i unplugged the O2 sensor and absolutely nothing happened
