Aviation is fairly popular in my family, ive flown a cessna and a paraglider, my dads been in the industry doing r&d, my uncle is totally nuts for aircraft.

Always wanted to be a pilot, but by 14 i was too tall to fly a fighter.

Normal aircraft are a bit of a squeeze.

And life....... you know how it goes.

Id like to build some fpv rc jets, but the terrorist paranoia laws make it illegal.

It would be an affordable way to fly like those Mirages.

Almost the same thing with dad - he wanted to fly but got glasses at the age of 16. So he became a Chaplain in the Airforce instead.

My step brother in law () was in the army and his vehicle hit an IED, which forced him out so he joined the air force.

Something to do with his army injuries means he cant be the pilot (he was super bummed about) but he is the guy that sits behind the pilot of a fighter plane, like Goose, a navigator is it called?
