Body looks ok, would have to see it up close to be sure.

A nice straight shell is always worth a bit, and good to have.

Fire damage looks superficial, no real damage, weird though it looks like someone made it run again, coilpacks, blue hoses etc, no soot on them.

Well.. Today marks one year with my liner! :O and might I add, what a great year it's been. Meeting heaps of great people that also share that rb passion!

How she was when she arrived into my hands.

Lots of small changes along the way. It has been a lot of fun. Lot's of learning to be had and plenty more to come. It's funny how the more you learn the more you realise you really know nothing at all haha :/

I'm pretty happy with how things are panning out. Big performance mod to come in the very near future :woot:

And some plans I have that are purely cosmetic. Then hopefully the spending might slow down a little.... :whistling:

Congrats Chris! You have changed her alot for the better in a year. Seems longer  Nice Feeling though isn't it?

My 3rd Skyline Anni was the end of last year.

I bought her an Older Sister as a prezzy. :D

Wow.... i never thought about it, nearly 4 years for me, and i still feel like a newbie to skylines.

But when im working on it, i now know all of the nuts, bolts and screws. I dont have to organize them, i know where they go.

I think the variety ways to mod a Skyline make it one of the most interesting cars ive owned.

Hence the feeling that ive only had a small taste of the magic that is possible.

Man that's crazy. What's the latest news on ETA?

Latest ETA was 3 days ago.

Same as the previous ETA that was 3 weeks ago

And the ETA before that was 6 weeks ago

I think I have been given about 4-5 ETA's and all have not been met.

Huge holdup with paperwork for DOTARS from what they are saying

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
