The bracket and the hook are not actually connected (imo). The hook is for towing the car from a racetrack and the bracket is for mounting the licence plate off to the side.

The Apexi kit looks like an RSM, the PFC controller is in front of the clock and the Carrozzeria amp is the same as Pioneer. It looks kinda funny having a roll-cage and an amp in the car - identity crisis! :P

Also looks like an aftermarket radiator.

And I agree with Mick, that colour looks brilliant!

Drift warrior or racer, but hopefully mods have been done properly. I'd say ABS, etc have been removed to reduce weight. Engine runs at least (it's running in the last 2 photos). Looks to have a radiator cap on the power steering reservior (???). No fan shroud, which from memory is an unroadworthy item in Vic (?? - well it used to be, but might have changed). No rear seat so you'll have to register it as a 2-seater if you want to keep the cage. Wonder what that box is in front of the battery.....oil coooler.

Anyway, good luck with it, looks clean :P

Std intercooler, std brake calipers. Looks to have a Power Fc Boost Controller, or could possibly have an AVC-R tucked away somewhere, but most likely a Pfc Bosot COntroller Kit.

Has Splitfire coils, adjustable brake bias, aftermarket radiator...llooks liek it will be something to enjoy at the track:)

Interesting....mines definately different - it's black with wires for the fluid level sensor (I thought they all had that.....every stock Jap spec one I've seen has).

hmm now that you mention it... that sounds familiar... wires coming out of it... haha I'm not sure now! :P

the box in front of the battery is the catch tank, not an oil cooler.

like the boy said it has:

splitfires

hard pipe kit

oil catch tank

no abs

a/m radiator

PowerFC + boost control kit

cage

lot's of gauges and an Apexi RSM

it has a cusco master cylinder stopper

also Troy, I'm pretty sure that what you think is a brake bias adjuster is just one of the old Tomei manual boost control valves. dunno why it's still there, they probably just left it there when they installed the apexi gear.

the metal thing on the front bumper is actually two things. 1 is a number plate mount the other is an aftermarket tow hook (has one on the back too).

It's a boy racers car. no dobut. providing it has been well maintained (which it may not have been) it could be quite a nice car.

Could quite be a genuine Nismo edition. May just be a copy but there isn't ABS and there soesn't appear to be anything aitcon related in the engine. The fact it has just the single lip spoiler can always be imitated and rear wing removed though.

i doubt its a NISMO one cos it still has the rear windscreen wiper (altho wiper part looks to be removed) and still has the a/c lines.

would seem funny to remove the ABS to save weight when you install a dirty big amp! haha dont some come without ABS?

and i am pretty sure they are standard afms.

Thanks for the feedback guys!! I def. like the colour...makes my Gun Metal Grey one like rather bland....

Well i'm definantly getting it, as I recently got an import approval for 89 Nissan Skyline and 90 Mitsubishi GTO...........so can still import under the old rule, import approval is granted on these conditions:

Section 20(1)(B) of the Motor Vehcile Standards Act, on the basis that the vehicle:

-was manufactured before 1 January 1989; or

-was manufactured before 1 January 1991; and

-that you made a financial commitment and purchased the vehicle prior to 7 February 2005;

-and the application to import was made before 1 January 2006: and

- that the vehicle was 15 or more years old at the time of the application to import was made......

Yay!!! :P

.

LOL..could be, i thought it read Tilton, could be Tomei:) Have a look at he side engine bay pic and look at the master cylinder. See where the compression fitting normally goes into the cast base, if you look above it...

There appears to be a line running back towards the drivers rear view? I dont think that std...anyone else comment?

    • Yeh I think i'll message an old contact i had for ages that manages his own tyre shop now.. n tell him what i want n work with him before ordering..  Got this 17x9 +30 Driftteks on 245/45/17 PSR Drag Radials on the rear.. They fit well - for your reference in future - Rear guards  have been lipped in & minimal to non flaring of the rear Gaurds.
    • If only it were that easy! I also needed to remove seats, shocks, brake calipers, send my car through a fence, and use measuring and ended up guessing because I didn't remove seats, shocks and brake calipers. It can be hard sometimes Can be a little more complex than 'just measure' if you want to truly measure the entire wheel through all of it's suspension travel. But if you aren't going for every last mm then yeah, you can check the space you currently have and guesstimate.
    • If you own a car, and it has wheels on it, and you know the offset of those wheels, and you have a measuring device, you have everything you need to work out if other wheels will fit.
    • Will this fit? but they are staggered set - RAYS 57DR SEMI GLOSS BLACK 18x8.5 +37 | 18x9.5 +38 5-114.3 STAGGERED SET   or If no go could just get a set 4's wheels of 18x8.5 +37 5-114.3 - would i run 8.5's 235s up front n 245's at the back if I do?   Thanks.
    • Put a clamp on your return line. I have a feeling it's sucking air, and introducing bubbles to your fuel. With a lot of fuel, less problematic. I'd honestly be redoing all the lines in the tank and clamps on everything.   Also, you've given two different answers to the same question: Asked if being followed by the police you could get down to use the whole tank, you said yes you could, so long as you keep off boost. However, you then followed this up that free revving, it would also cause the issues. I'm doubting free revving is enough to make any noticeable boost on what is likely a decent sized turbo.   So now I have to ask, can you actually drive it lightly and use all the fuel, or does it break up even free revving? Also, have you put a fuel pressure gauge on it? Can you hear the pump change noise at all when you're having this issue?
