Menthu_Rae
It's still a prototype guys... could still change in the next 2-3 yrs I hope so at least... (looks good, but needs some minor changes). sewid
Love the rear. Not feeling the front or side profiles. It is just a prototype though so i'll reserve my judgement for the next revision or until i see it in the flesh. R31Nismoid
and to say the 33 doesnt look like any skyline at all....its as close as you're gonna get (appearence wise) to an R34, without it being an R34 32 is more like a 33, just enlarged 31 (HR imports) and 34 put side by side have a lot of similar styling influences IMO. Just some of the reade 1/4 lines and what now are very shaply Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90583-skyline-gtr-concept-proto/page/5/#findComment-1652149 Share on other sites
dezz
hmmm the front and rear views look tough, but side on it looks terrible imo...the roofline is all wrong Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90583-skyline-gtr-concept-proto/page/5/#findComment-1652195 Share on other sites
Fitzpatrick Speed Works
Ill say one thing I would by a 350z over it any day. I will treat is as a work in progress, it looks a lot better than the sketches so hopefully they will make the same headway with the actual production vehicle. Big Rizza
I think my prediction of halfway between the original concept and the sketches was pretty good! Lozza150
i reckon it will change over the next year it is a concept and it will be heavily scrutinised by the public, journo's etc. Loz Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90583-skyline-gtr-concept-proto/page/5/#findComment-1652576 Share on other sites
IOWNU
i reckon it will change over the next yearit is a concept and it will be heavily scrutinised by the public, journo's etc. Loz <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True. The back looks unreal. Would have been better if it had R34 style or similar headlights. Looks great, with great potential. Engine specs anyone? Daniel_
They need to ditch the smartcar roadster lights at the front and replace them with something more r34. And it needs a frontmount Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90583-skyline-gtr-concept-proto/page/5/#findComment-1653942 Share on other sites
allblitz
Lets see what they will put under the bonnet. They better stick to the RB26 tradition. thommo
yep, sadly i'm pretty sure the rb will not be seen after r34. judging by the quad exhaust the new gtr will more than likely be V8 too... Ant97GTR
Like most comments...I don't mind the overall look but that rear pillar will have to be worked on as the angles just look all wrong. As for the engine the quads do suggest a V8 but I hope they stick with tradition and turbo it. Would also make it easy to sell in america by just removing the turb's... djhatton
while there's been plenty of talk about an 8 powering the new cars, i reckon we'll see a twin turb v6. nissan has poured plenty into their latest crop of v6's and, by all accounts, they aint too bad. one thing for sure, the inline 6 is dead *kicks and screams and flails about unhappily* d Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/90583-skyline-gtr-concept-proto/page/5/#findComment-1654222 Share on other sites
