    neo head with rb30e pistons is around 9.5 to 1.

    Im not too confident in your tuner, unless you have misunderstood him. The o2 feedback has to be switched off when tuning a Nistune board, but then turned back on afterwards. As the o2 sensor is a narrow band, it can only show when the car is at 14.7:1. When you blip the throttle it would go richer than this, so of course the sensor will show deviation from 14.7:1.

    neo you have to take off top of plenum due to top feed injectors. oem gasket comes off no worries.

    Your tuner should have been able to explain to you normal O2 sensor behaviour, and if yours is stuffed. Why didn't he?

    What dwell do the au coils need? If you don't give them the right dwell it will miss. I put ls coils in my car. On stock dwell it would miss under high load, sort out the dwell an unsurprisingly the miss is fixed.

    I'm sure this has all been covered before. But normally the other way, ie people putting neo engines into non neo cars, you are doing the reverse.

    Heaps of catch cans are empty. which means they are crap, but with a little effort can be turned into a proper oil air separator.
