im on the road a lot and i see heaps of r33's about, ive seen a few r32 gtrs too, it good to get a thumbs up or a wave from them too
make sure you get your car tuned for NOS otherwise me and the mad scientist will have to pull the engine apart to replace the piston rings you just fried.....

i do the 5000k change too, oil filter at the same time.
the ol laser on the other hand used to change its own oil every 1000ks, all i had to do is top it up!
dunno about the above mensioned cars, but the turbo renault megan gave my stock (with pods) 32 gtr a run for its money. but at 225hp i wouldnt have expected otherwise.
yes oil seal is a good idea. one thing though, the nissan ones are hell expensive, and after market ones are just as good ( as long as they are the exact same size)
