  1. Post some pics when you pick it up. I missed the GT-R boat long, long ago unfortunately. A wife, house and couple of kids does that so I'm happy with the GTS-T. The prices of GT-R are blowing up now for sure but in time so will the boat, no where near GT-R prices but still will have their place.
  2. Mint.
  3. Hey dude nah the OP hasn't responded I don't think they're looking at selling.
  4. Forget a shop doing it if you want to make any profit selling it. Only thing I'd have the shop do is cleaning up the head and that's if it's salvageable. It's a DIY unfortunately and a flamin mongrel of a job at that too...
  5. Haha look at the little fella. Little hoon in the making lol. Good times.
  6. I have an r33 and my 11 year old daughter loves it. She is adamant she wants one for us to work on together for herself when she's of age and something like this would fit the bill.
  7. Yes! This. PM me and we can work something out.
  8. You're welcome.
  9. https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/98940-105-kmh-speed-chime/ And another one with the offending unit with pics.
  10. 105+ I think it triggers. Search and ye will find the answer.
  11. Don't think so dude. Remember japanese imports are speed limited to 180kmh so these things would be preset as well.
  12. Haha yes. This. That's how you adjust it to OFF.
  13. Nfi my r33 had one I took it out was annoying me.
  14. Urethane that shit if you don't ever want it coming off. Judging by the look of your paint too that car has sat in the sun it's entire life hence the peeling. Is the rest of the interior brittle ?
  15. Speed alarm 100%
  16. 2k I'll take it. Pics?
  17. Yeah as gts said. Stick your head under the steering column you should see some wires with fuses on them, most likely for the alarm, check them out. Other than that I can't help anymore. I got a mobile auto elec to take it out for me car was completely dead. Should cost no more than $200 for a mobile guy to remove it. I paid $185 for an hour plus his callout. Anymore than that and they're ripping you a new one.
  18. Another thing before calling an auto elec just pull out fuses one by one if you can't find the English translated panel on the net and look for a busted fuse, replace with same rating as necessary.
  19. This happened to me a few days ago. Was my alarm system had the f**ker removed and getting new system tomorrow happy days.
  20. Hi guys as topic states I have POS Mongoose m60 or m80 I'm not 100% which model. I bought the car with it installed. Having a look under the dash and in engine bay, whoever installed it did a shocking job, wiring looks butchered. I've had issues with it from day one, going off as I drive hitting bumps, car stalling due to the immobilizer etc. So tonight went outside only to hear a loud buzz coming from the siren itself no matter what I do I can't turn it off. (Don't have the skeleton key). My brake lights were on as well and when you try to turn ignition to on there is no power at all. I've disconnected the battery and stuffed the siren with rags until the backup battery goes flat and it shuts up. I'm not confident with electrical let alone an immobilizer to try and have a crack at it myself. I'm at a loss I need an auto elec in Melbourne who is a pro on Skylines. Can anyone give me a trusted contact please? Apologies for the long post but thought I'd share what is happening. Possibly this has happened to a member here also who can point in the right direction.
  21. How perceptive. Thrashed where? Track, street ? Perhaps my question needed a little more elaboration..
  22. What type of life has that engine seen out of curiosity?
