  1. Um, yeah! 20psi will work well. You will feel the push in the back then. I'm only planning to run 18psi.....or so.
  2. Mine is too slow to update lol!, or maybe I corner too fast....
  3. Here's a dyno graph of the run, after tuning. Done in RWD. Also forgot to mention adjustable cam gears, but I haven't checked em. now pic works!
  4. Lol! My -9's didn't come with actuators, and I thought I could 'cheat'. Nope you gotta spend the $$$ lol. Yeah, the nasty compliance cat won't be there for long, but I will still run a cat as I'm soft and don't want the hassles....
  5. Okay. Got a tune done the other day. Bad news is the stock actuators I put on the -9's can't control the wastegates properly so the boost is wavy lol, even boost controller couldn't keep it steady. So new stronger adjustable one's are on order. So good news is the car runs pretty well now and good response, mid range torque is great! Boost peaked at 18PSI and 288RWKW @6500PRM to 8000. 10psi at 3300 15psi at 3700 18psi at 4000 16 at 4900 15.5 at 5300 16 at 6400 etc. So that was with stock intake, stock fuel system, stock AFM's. Non standard parts: boost controller, -9's, Power fc, intercooler, front pipe, and 3 inch cat back, and compliance cat.
  6. Yep. Torch may come in handy.
  7. Spotted a black R34GT-T in Penrith today turning into train station. Then a maroon R32GTS-T in the carpark near Bob jane tyres.
  8. 10mm socket and ratchet or spanner. I remember 4 nuts that you remove, then the whole tail light assembly comes off the can, then you can get to the globes. Had to do my tail light globe when I got my car, and did it at the servo, 2 minute job. Don't lose the rubber washers that stop water getting through the stud holes
  9. The mean Fiddler near Rouse Hill. Couple of speed bumps that would try to grab your exhaust.... This was a while back though, not sure about now.
  10. Thought the R32 at Wisemans was Dark metallic blue? The R35 does move smartly off the line
  11. Check exhaust for restriction eg cat blockage? does boost drop off? timing etc.
  12. Got spotted by a gunmetal/titanium R35GTR in south Windsor yesterday arvo. Nice car!
  13. Mine does it with the stock setup........sometimes.
  14. Spotted white R34GT-T in Hobart around 730am today.
  15. mickey t drag radials, so you can drive home on them as well. 255 50R16 on r32gtr wheels.
  16. v6 commies will do over 200KM/h too..... Yep public perception is where it's at. Do the right thing and generally they just stop and stare, and sometimes wave, not abuse you lol. Terry, you have the right idea!
  17. Or, what a mate found in his 32GTR rear quarter panel wheel arches, they had used aluminum tape and bog to cover rust holes.
  18. Yay, 214AWKW............ Thanks Chad and crew for a good ol dyno day. yep, dyno tune this week!
  19. There are 3 types of QM1 (white) lol, found that out this arvo when I went to get some 2pak for side skirts. white Polar white Papyras white All I know is mine is not the 'white' one lol.
  20. 32 gtr box with new synchros and bearings, were 6 months old then busted a gear. $200 ono.
  21. Looks neat. Did you take it for a test drive? And if it has original turbo's, I'd be replacing them with some fresh garretts!
  22. Not much money now lol. Lot of it is doing it smart and not throwing money at it without having a plan/goal first. Made that mistake with the 32, spent way too much. Will post up some pics soon, go away rain!
  23. Makes those pesky river crossings less risky for the driveline.
  24. Definately be able to sell it, as P platers would love it, being a manual!
