  1. It's been a while, a friend showed them to me. The price may be drastically different, but I remember them being more than $2,000.
  2. To import, ask jessestreeter, or rhdjapan or importmonster. Or, you can pick up a cheapie from ebay. Works fine, but you need to replace the bottom bush with a factory one.
  3. No surprises there, who ever you are NY911.
  4. Penrite or Nulon (because they're Aussie)
  5. Some casualties Driver of the white Lambo He skipped a few too many leg days A Lotus garage drew a crowd while changing a gearbox I think Team Nismo packing up way too early Ooo a pit stop. Pretty cool watching it from the other side. It was quite remarkable how close you can get to these awesome machines A Porsche rocking an esky haha Ferrari engine, yum 300mm wide slicks stretched on. I saw 325 wide in a Porsche pit. Makes my 265 wide tyres seem like snow tyres Came out of a Porsche, They got the car back out I believe. The deceased R35 and the Ferrari that caused the demise. A tad awkward being garaged next to each other haha. At least it was a racing accident and not from dodgy driving. Some Kelly bloke walked into my photo, sheesh This Ginetta sounded pretty rad and looked like a small Corvette from the back. Shame it retired. The well deserved winners.
  6. Okay, time for some crappy phone pictures Mmmm fat slicks The Michelins came pre-stretched Nismo team were going well What a great day, perfect weather to test the endurance of the cars Then it happened This Datto was pretty cool Running R32 brakes Respects to the King Some rad as hell cars. Not everyday you get to see one McLaren, let alone 5! I do love engineering a lot Some fine BMWs These would make cool little dailies The two R35s rocked but a bit later in the morning. Great stuff to see. A bunch of spectators had a good perv. Sun was blazing, was approaching 40°C in the afternoon.
  7. 18x10 +20 265/35/18 Guards lipped and a bit of camber (-2° front -1.5° rear, roughly)
  8. I want a hoist Anyone has experience with those portable ones you can roll around? I think I saw some for roughly $2.5k-3k
  9. Sorry for disappearing, I was walking with you guys, stopped to watch the race on screen, turned around and you were gone! Lol.
  10. Nice!
  11. Anyone bought from there? How's the shipping?
  12. My car's engine is standard and the AFMs are playing up a bit. New AFMs + Nistune = 10L/100km mixed (that's the goal anyway).
  13. Well my GT-R just did 9L/100km Sydney to Bathurst return on full tank (29L/320km).
  14. Front Spring constant: 23.5 N/mm(2.4 kg/mm, 134 lb/in) Free length right/left: 405 mm (15.94 in) Coil average diameter: 110 mm (4.33 in) low side 80 mm (3.15 in) Wire diameter: 12.3 mm (0.484 in) Number of active coils: 7.92 Stabiliser outer diameter (non-solid): 20 mm (0.79 in) [same size as tension rod dia]. Rear Spring constant: 26.5 N/mm(2.7 kg/mm, 151 lb/in) Free length right/left: 345mm (13.58 in) Coil average diameter: 100 mm (3.94 in) low side 90 mm (3.54 in) Wire diameter: 11.8 mm (0.465 in) Number of active coils: 7.29 Stabiliser outer diameter (non-solid): 25.4 mm (1 in)
  15. Probably spun and stalled. Was pretty shit seeing the R35 on the tow truck ad being rolled into the garage. Completely wasted.
  16. Shame to see the GT-R die they were quite quick and had the European cars worried. What a race though! I couldn't believe after 11.5hrs or racing it was so close. That Lowndes bloke can really turn a wheel. Shane van Gisbergen setting fastest lap (2:03) is insane. Can't wait until the next one, enjoyed it a lot more than V8 SuperTaxis. I also don't have that weird head buzz I usually get after a V8SC meet. Quite a number of different and unique sounds going round the track, great stuff. I picked up some Nismo merchandise as well . All in all a good day, was burnt to a dark charcol (prominent tan line around my watch, I'm even blacker than before!). Good to see a few Skylines turn up. A couple of R35s turned up as well. How crazy were those MP4-12Cs? I cruised with two on the way back home for a bit. When do you see one, let alone two McLarens on the road?
  17. Hi Wayne. Please try again with your inquiry. This time, use proper sentence structure and grammar so people reading can actually understand what the hell you're trying to ask. Also, include more information, such as what model your car is and modifications related to your issues.
  18. What is the actual tyre size?
  19. Pictures of the window surround trims on doors (driver's side mainly)?
  20. My phone is fine. Friends' sat-navs weren't so good on Sunday. HTC One ftw
  21. Pull the cluster out, pull the plastic over off, refit cluster and carefully turn the needle and test drive. Don't rotate with it moving obviously. Be careful as you may damage the needle. What tyre size are you running?
  22. I concur! This will be great. My family are planning on going on Sunday as well, effective word-of-mouth advertisement!
  23. That's what I meant.
