Have you found the engine wiring diagram? I found one pretty easily a few years ago (try using "R34" in your searches).

Are you planning on running staggered sizes? Because you'll have a bad time. I run 18x10 +20 with 265/35/18. Guards have to be lipped and run some negative camber.

Not sure on oil pump, might bave to strip the engine. As for the power output, 270kW is pretty easy to achieve. What turbos are you running? Does it have aftermarket ECU?

R32 has multi-link setup. Strut brace is good on MacPherson suspensions.

There should be a few manufacturers still making ER34 bonnets (East Bear, maybe Top Secret?) or find someone who has them in stock. Ahh dodgy wiring, aren't they fun? Headlight = switch. Replace it or wire up relays (trigger wire off the passenger side). I recommend relays with thicker wires.
