My Ohlins are 3rd hand, so can't tell you where to buy new (if you can). But I'm sure someone will be able to whip up a Bilstein kit for you (e.g. this, then springs of your choice and get the dampers revalved to match the springs).
I also have old TEINs, which I used for a track day. Almost twice as stiff as the Ohlins/Eibach combo but a lot better for the track (I'm guessing they are early model HR). Bit too stiff for street driving in Sydney (depends on how much you can tolerate).
I know my experience is with old suspensions, but will give you an idea. At the end of the day, your budget is the limiting factor.
