  1. All swapped parts are from my car, which runs fine. Joe - cheers for that but yeah mate, see above.
  2. Not as far as I know, they are for R32 GT-R
  3. Guys, have an issue with a friend's GT-R, it runs rough. Car starts okay, idles okay, won't hold revs properly over 2,000 rpm. Sounds like ignition breakdown. It used a heap of fuel when I drove it to my place. I thought it was AFM issue, did the solder fix no change. So far I've swapped the following from my GT-R: AFM ECU Ignitor Coilpacks + spark plugs CAS I checked IC piping, all joints look good. Engine sounds okay, turbos are okay as well (makes 12psi no worries). Timing is good (15deg), cam gears are lined up. Next step: swap fuel rail and fuel pump. Might be FPR but not sure, didn't notice heaps of black smoke. Any tips/suggestions/past experiences?
  4. Have you tried a different oil pressure sender? Another gauge/cluster?
  5. R33 Brembo and R32 Brembo are same AFAIK
  6. Nice cruising with you, very nice car Spotted BNR32 with BNR34 front end on Wednesday on M5
  7. Spotted Silver[?] R32 GT-R turning off Cowpasture Rd under the M7 bridge, about 8-something earlier tonight, I was in my R31.
  8. Not sure man, what sort of rotors do you have? Machined them? Do you have another set of pads you can use?
  9. Exactly, it's about understanding physics (metal fatigue, heat cycles, etc). You don't have to be a physicist to understand the simply concepts. Be kind to your car, it will be kind to you (unless it's cursed or just a b*tch ).
  10. Meeeeee on my way to work Nice offset wheels mate.
  11. [ignore if you weren't referring to me] I lightly bed my brakes in (light braking, drive around for a while on quiet streets doing low speeds ~40 km/h) essentially slowly heat cycling them. I rekon I need new rotors (stupid drilled rotors, can't get them machined apparently).
  12. upload your pictures to tinypic.com
  13. HPX on my GT-R is a bit noisy (old rotors), HPX on my R31 was a tad noisy (new rotors) but then it shut up after a few thousand kilometers. Guess you just bed it in as usual and keep driving. HPX only makes noise on light braking at low speed *shrugs*.
  14. It is most definitely a good deal. The wheels looks like it's in great condition, and you get some tyres as well. Good luck with the sale mate.
  15. Lol do it. Those Landsvale GT-Rs are wayy overpriced
  16. Projectors are H3C AFAIK (I have R31 and R32 GT-R + GTS-t, all are H3C). They take about a minute to fire up completely, how much light you get just after you turn it on depends on the quality of the ballasts and bulbs. I have 4300K in my car, it's a tad blue (projector design, nothing to do with the Kelvin, I have 4300K in my R31 and it's white like OEM). 6000K will be pretty blue. I think high beams are H3, or maybe H1, can't remember.
  17. Can't argue with that.
  18. I'm gonna go on a limb and say Upper arm bushes.
  19. Spotted a Maroon R32 GT-R heading north on the Harbour Bridge, might have even been an Aus-del. I was in my R31
  20. Hey guys, can I rock up on the day and pay? Need license as well...
  21. Spotted a silver R32 GT-R on George st tonight, black wheels.
