There is two of us up here in the Ville having this problem Im running an Internal gated 3076r and mymate running a HKS GTRS same thing wastegate flap is hitting and half blocking the secondary outlet causing boost spiking ive been told these pipe are more designed for the standard / highflow setups so this weekend im ripping mine off and making a larger secondary pipe from the turbo to see if I can get the flap to open up inside the pipe

Weve got a couple of younger looking guys in a Gold supercharged Aurion geeing ppl up for races up this way only reason i know they are cops is they got out and had guns on their belts

Trent can I run an Innovate LC-1 with the greddy Ultimate or is it only the LM-1 ?? also on the Knock sensor wires I was told to wire in the Knock sensor number 2 as its the one at the back of the block and listens to the back cylinders does that sound about right to you ??

Oil Temp sits on about 100deg I believe this is acceptable Water temp is the same as normal

yeah all oil lines were done turbo was primed with oil

Just changed the turbo on my r34 to a 3076r I/G but last night when I was driving I noticed that the oil temp was higher then normal I this because the new turbo creates more heat or could my actuator not be sealing properly and the turbo working more then it should It makes boost I can get it to 11psi or could there be a boost leak ??

Ive got my standard plumbback on at the moment (I did the whole atmo Bov thing ,it was for me) but now ive got a new intake pipe getting made up for my new turbo and I wont be putting a return line in so ill put my atmo back on (its a stealth fx,no i didnt waste 700 on it) but if I can get a return line plumbed in somewhere I will later on and plumb it back in

Mine will be up for sale as soon as I get it I bought a garrett 3076r and it has a 4" intake so I cant make use of this pipe so If you want one for a R34 GTT pm me or if Bass wants he can refund me and someone else can buy it

External gate for me Id say by reading all of this that would be the best option ill have to mod the split dump to take the external gate but should be possible

If the main exhaust gases are flowing past the smaller split pipes entrance at a high velocity could that in turn create a vacuum effect and try and pull the wastegate flap open

If it is the Problem with all split dumps would this be solved by cutting the wategate pipe into a screamer pipe ?? and how do you put preload on the actuator do you add a spring to the side ???

Mine does this on a stock turbo boosts to 11psi then drops back to 9 I have a BOS split dump ,dont know how they compare to CES ones does the R34's have some way of bleeding off excess boost that we dont know of

Mines a plug in loom mate (field one touch connector) and it is wired into that also if its over fueling is there any need to purchase one of the injector harnesses ????
