This mod is Definately a goer has got my full support, thumbs up, seal of approval, and all that mumbo BUT in my recommendation, only in conjunction with a SAFC, some sort of way to adjust the air fuel on dyno definately 200kw available, but for me, alas, still pressure drop.....drops from 1 bar down to 12psi need better freeflowing cat converter, instead of the one I have (ebay, lol) which is obviously too restrictive put on dyno made 82kw down from 180kw backed fuel pressure right off made 130kw adjusted fuel ratio right off (ie backed out a lot of fuel) and made 186kw after finetuning timing was essentially spot on, just a touch here and there taken a fair bit out with the Safc, dyno'er reckons 200kw is easyas with a good freeflowing exhaust dump pipe is fine, muffler is fine, so must be the cat. did the Rev210 intake mod, so everything is done, just got to get a good cat and fine tune on the dyno again - get that pressure drop to neglible and see the result graph

awesome for a farm toy tho

send an email to sau member Toshi provide a picture of the internals of your ecu with all chip numbers and ecu numbers etc provide a list of all mods, and see what he can do for you! Toshi has my vote, 1000 times
-
yah for sure, rubes just lettn off steam 'tis a wasteland after all not sure about the tune, I guess 5.30 when I pick her up !
-
madaz, yeah I expect around 210rwkw for sure

STAGEA is at boostwerks today received Toshi ecu remap yesterday, with the adapter soldered into the ecu and the original chip cut out plugged, ran no probs oil, oil filter, fuel filter, sparkies, rev210 intake mod, clean air filter and afm, install hks actuator, and dyno (adjusting safc /sitc / fuel pressure regulator, cam gear potentially) expecting 200awkw+
-
f-yeah the Toshi remap chip works in an auto stagea gettn tuned tomorrow at boostwerkx
-
Just had my Stagea ecu done by Toshi can confirm that it works, for sure interstate job, so we havent met face to face nor has he seen the car he got in an adapter, a large ecu chip that he did his majik on, and arranged (for me, so happy!) to have the adapter properly installed when my local mojo's didnt want to do it. got the ecu back in time (today) for my dyno tune of safc/sitc tomorrow. feels good to drive atm, the retune on dyno of the piggybacks will make it awesome Im sure

Bloody-well works !!!! Getting dyno tuned tomorrow (19/6), safc/sitc reset to zero road tested, all gears as per before, shifted well. snow mode works, 50/50 transfer button works overdrive button works, as do lights, wipers, radio etc etc. all functions. didnt test it hard, but booted to 5500rpm, no knock that I could hear fuel pump sounds slightly different in a way (?), 1st gear has a hesitation at 10psi, second boots to 13psi, slight hes, then boots to 16psi (backing off) safc/sitc tune tomorrow will help immensly, iron the little areas out on the dyno pretty sure you can pull the brown fuse in front of the battery to lock it in 3rd gear, so can possibly get a good 2nd gear then 3rd gear run. we'll see report tomorrow/friday latest with end results and thoughts

if you look thru a junkmail electronics store booklet, that you find in your mailbox or in the weekend paper occasionaly, you'll see adverts from various manufacturers, selling 1920x1080 true/full HD plasma and lcd. LCD for computers without doubt, make sure it features low ms, ie 2ms or 5ms. Plasma for dark rooms and if you watch a lot of sports. Either or for movies, comes down to the room settings and personal preferrence Ive got plasma as its a large dark room where it sits, and becomes a feature point of the room. Lcd would have been disapointing in this situation IMO. My bro and sis'nlaw got a 50" lcd but swapped it for 50" plasma the next week as sports and movies were blurry etc. Im sure it didnt have a low ms count, altough was true hd

I love this Hitachi. Got it for the family when I got off the bike.... awesome, 60000hr half-life, 1024x1080 panel, so its HD down the side. viewing sports is awesome, so clear (down to individual dew drops on footy park, etc) same goes for movies. wouldnt use it for a PC monitor tho, go LCD for that.
-
for sub 2000, have a look at the Hitachi 42PD960DTA http://www.hitachi.com.au/pr-42PD960DTA.seo Ive got that, awesome

yeah currently 4000kms into the current Motul turbolite 8100 10/40w got 2 for one a year ago. hhhhhm not sure, might just let the tuner take his pick
-
what should I use have 5L of both Castrol Edge 0/40 and Motul turbolite 10/40 ?

sad to say..... S2 '99 30thou less kms 12k jspec thats why it cant sell ridiculous, but the arse has fallen out of the stagea market. 12k gets you a good S2. you want a quick sale 10 would do it. surely. but I know, its giving it away. crazy, hey and THATS why when I bought an ex forum members car 3yrs ago I vowed itd be a 10yr owneership car.. one that had boost raised, been down the 1/4 mile, been in country for 9mnths yet done 25thou kms in that time,..... but yet was bargain of australia at that particular time. Dayz kit 76thou pod/exhaust/boost 17900 new tyres, everything else was 20k plus. now prices are 12k for S2 and 10k for S1, plus compliance on road costs (say 12 / 15k on road for S1 / S2 landed from japan) for a local it needs to be 2k less in price to be attractive. just my view very tasty tho for sure, try for 11k and see how you go???? I dunno, my fully worked modded Fireblade took over a year to sell. my VR V8 took 4months to sell & plenty of price drops after I got the stagea, just how it is.

sweet. nice write up for the series one so thats the R34 GTT rear brake and caliper, right?
-
I get mine from motor traders here in SA in fact I have a new set of 6 on my shelf here atm. its not so much the "6" heat range, but the copper and .8mm gap 7 heat range would suffice for sure with splitfires either or, just make sure 0.8mm gap, copper is as good as anything else.
