no they would not. but these turbo's are very cheap in price. you should build your self a 3L and put these turbo's on. you could make 500rwkw. and no i don't know the guy selling them, i'm just jelious that they were not for sale when we started our build. cheers

just because its the same thinkness dosen't mean it flows the same or has the same cooling effect. Also who here has seen a bad product out of Tomei? i know i've got Tomei products in my car, and they have never failed me. also do you thinka company would make a product wich has the same cooling properties as stock and then have the balls to sell it at 1700. if they didn't get good results all they would get out of it, would be bad press.

we've got two of those pumps in our GTR had no probs yet. there a good price too.

I think the idea of a good side mount is great as the cops and the rta are really cracking down with the mods that you can't and can not have on the car. it would be good for a daily driver with 200kw or soo at the back wheels i rekon. good luck with the sale.

mate anything which is front mounted will be better than waht you have now, but i would go for anything like the 600x300x76 ones you see around. cheers

if you have no money, how can you spend it. if your going to mod your car do it properly first time round, it will save you money in the long run.

We will probably be at the event but we want to get the car running as quick as we can with 15 psi, because we would love to crack at 10 but when we do we want to go deep, nothing like 10.99 and then get kicked off. we just need to get the plenum and throttlebody sorted.

Hi guys just giving you an update of were we are with our R33 GTR. today i stuck on a 4'' exhaust.power jumped 30KW at the wheels from out Trust 3''. Know we are just waiting on the JUN Plenum to arrive and the new billet 80mm throttlebody to go on. If we get to 380Kw we will be happy because our Torque got up to 8300N on Croydons Duno if anybody knows how much that is in Nm that would be great. a GTR with a T88 on the same dyno made 450kw at the wheels (not jims tune) and 8000n. we are pretty happy with how the car is going. the boost comes on even quicker now,we will be off to the track very shortly to see how quick this combo will go. our boost jumps up to 22psi and then drops off to 21 at the top of the rev range. Just goes to show how much power is possible with the little GT-SS turbos from HKS. Cheers Ben

as for the td05 way to small, go a td06-25G and hang on! as for the garrett /HKS i thought that hks had different blades and so on. i know for a fact that HKS make there own exhaust housing for the R line up of the 2835. and they have also started making there own compressor housings too.

yes the power fc will work! get a good shop to tune the car and you should have a bit of a beast on your hands,oh and what turbo are you running.

I've seeen a lot of turbos with with hair line cracks but non of those i have seen have caused a problem. let us know how the car goes with the new turbo's!

we have the n1 water pump in our car, and we have never seen the temp go up. all other cooling parts are stock.

you should be able to get a good 280kw at the wheels i rekon.

I've got the performance metal craft sump done, with the oil cooler its up to around 9 litres total. this ine has all those swinging doors in it and stuff. we had it done when the engine was out. give performance metalcraft a call and Hi octane a call they have the tomei stuff and they are in the same factory but are completely different companies.

Thanks for that. also what was your power before C16, because i would like to try some C16 and i'm wondering what sort of power i might get. we made 332kw at all four at 21 psi. i would like to see 400 at all four. would you think that would be possible with the diffences that you saw. cheers.

i would look at the coil packs and the spark plugs one maybe cracked.

Has anyone got before and after results with and with out nos but with the same level of mods? Also should we run a third pump just for the nos, as we are running a twin pumnp twin fuel line set up at the moment?
