  1. i think you can get 220rwkw with the R34 neo and R34 turbo is this enough? xr6turbo = useless for your target
  2. i had carrozerria tv and sat nav and head unit in my car all junk, in the bin all of it its domestic pioneer, the carrozerria brand not worth researching, asking or trying to convert it new head units cost nothing these days and in dash tvs are cheap as ebay bargains
  3. hi does anyone have any experience or have hacked their wii? i have some old SNES games I would like to play with a snes emulator on the wii i know you can download and buy snes games for the wii, but there are some games that arent on their list i have them in snes image format and they play fine on the pc with zsnes , but would love to play them on tv with the wii i have a snes too, but would like to get rid of it and use only the wii so any experience? know how to get a snes emulator on there, or your own snes image/games?
  4. ive got a $20 ebay ciggy converter for mine works fine
  5. you would be silly to remove the interior, do a few drag days then decide if its for you or not and if you are happy with the times you are getting no need to do it if you are happy with the times. you have 300awkw so should be enough for 12s no worries drop tyre pressure 20psi (at least) + learn how to launch go practice somewhere
  6. the std turbo will give you the best possible response, ie: i dont think theres any other turbo that spools up quicker the rest, being a larger rear housing, will come on a bit later in the RPM range that being said a highflow should be pretty much the same, and GTRS is a litttle bit more lag twin turboing is pointless and expensive for your application expecting boost at 2 grand seems unrealistic 3 grand is ok
  7. hello daniel you dont need lots of power to get response a good tune, lots of ignition timing, the right gear ratios and away you go what mods do you currently have and is your car auto or manual (i think its auto?)
  8. youve got one, you just cant hear it if you open up the airbox and pull the panel filter out and then drive around the block youll certainly hear it go off
  9. typically on when driving normally it should be off when wideband tuning your car in most scenarios you will get good economy with it on and a basic tune if you have an aggressive tune and the tuner has spent lots of time on light cruise with a wideband sensor you can get better economy with the 02 feedback off - you can also adjust the 02 feedback co-efficient so its not just a fixed "stuck at 14.7" setting if that makes sense
  10. central 20
  11. i have the outer plastic trims if thats what you mean?
  12. have you thought of keeping the bigger turbo and changing diff gears? this could make quite a difference
  13. yeah ive seen it, saw it last night had tickets via work lots of aussie actors in it
  14. no on here is a hater they are just saying if the owner has spent $$$$ on a car and cant remember the mod list then he is either lying or they are mods not worth mentioning 5 minutes in the engine bay and you should be able to work out what it has or take it to a workshop - or come to one of the sau vic meetings plenty of memebrs there could disect the car in a few minutes under the hood
  15. what did you think? its not bad, fairly good story line and screenplay etc i thought some of the scenes looked too fake / computer generated - anyone else notice this its a bit long nearly 3 hours
  16. hello this has been covered a lot in the past to date, we have see no evidence of there being two versions of the Q45 - a high and a low - so its is believed there is only one version, yellow label, 3.5", 3 wire AFM but we have known some users fly past 350rwkw with a Q45 and some hit a "wall" around 250rwkw+ish with the Q45's so i suspect theres two outcomes 1) there are two versions 2) there is only one version and someone is picking up the wrong model AFM, or there is another cause for maxing the AFM either way if you want near 350rwkw go for Z32
  17. if he cant remember the mod list he is either yanking your crank or they cant be too important i mean its not going to have a stand alone ecu and a larger turbo and a fully built engine worth $5k is it ? cos if it did, he would be sure not to forget to mention/list them as they would justify a higher price
  18. once confirmed, please advise will add to PFC FAQ
  19. my recommendations for track work or at least your first outing - turn the boost down, turn it down a few PSI - youll still make tons of power - watch oil temp & water temp (Get a warning light for these) - watch knock - make sure engine check lamp works and your knocking warning is turned on - run 100 ron if you can as insurance policy - check tyres, pads and rotors before track day - if your running semi comp rubber get some advice before using them - oil cooler is critical -- dont get a cheap junker kit, get a trusted japanese brand kit to suit ECR33 -- this will ensure correct fittings, right hoses etc -- any failure / risk in the oil system puts the engine at great risk heat will be your biggest problem. heat in the pads, rotors, calipers, turbo housing, dump pipe etc
  20. yeah the ps2 cord on the datalogit box is ever so different to the apexi one you just gotta make it fit
  21. that is not normal, there is something wrong i would suggest a fault or something is wrong inspect the ecu, loom and how it is installed go see another tuner and drive around the block with them in the car again - that is not normal operation
  22. its a laggy turbo regardless much better units out there with less lag a full tune will always help but the KKR's are pretty ordinary its probably journal bearing dinosaur spec
  23. search forced induction for KKR youll find out why its laggy
  24. get a twin 2.5" system
  25. yeah the reviews said it was a bit different to the other bonds there was plently of storyline etc - almost too much storyline
