  2. http://www.mercurymotorsport.com.au/produc...nedit/index.htm they can do the R34...
  3. its a common issue i personally think its got something to do with the oxygen sensor needing to be warm/hot to operate it seems like when its off boost it has no power at all, but when it comes into any boost at all it jumps into life like it normally would
  4. there's not much difference with them plus the amount of light they give out is pretty much nothing next you your driving lights i got some from eBay, they are a blue globe that lets through a white light. have had no problems in about 2 years
  5. ha ha let us know how it goes!
  6. get it to a hub dyno, col... like out at GT auto in newmarket might cost you $50 for a power run but it will put your mind at ease
  7. stock replacement radiator or aluminium one?
  8. nooooooooooooooooo what happened?
  9. twist and pull they take standard wedge T10 bulbs availabe from any parts store or ebay to replace, push and turn have fun!
  10. instant boost and torque on an rb would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
  11. the lower the number, the more dish there is so, a lower offset will make the outer edge of the rim sit out further than the original but in saying that, the difference of +2 is sfa
  12. i don't see the issue personally... many people own a skyline yet are not "skyline enthusiasts", thus why would they want to join a car club or take their car to a dyno? they may not even know what a dyno was?
  13. mine was the stage 2 kit and i find it awesome.. it depends on what you want out of your gearbox.. want a stock car that survives forever? stick with stock... want a performance car that you've modified? get a shift kit... i didn't get it to make my passengers more comfortable or to increase the life of the trannie.. i got it to make my gear changes intstantaneous
  14. do you have pics of the rear diffuser installed?
  15. the problem is that loudness is subjective i personally fitted the largest resonator icould when i have my exhaust made as i was advised that the resonator is the biggest thing that controlls the drone i think my exhaust sounds awesome but others might find it quiet

    Ie 7 Help

you have to hold your left testicle and face it towards mecca to make the links work...
  17. find the pin behind the shifter with the orange top and press it down.. if it doesn't go down, keep trying or once you actually get the "click" to happen when on the brake then try and engage this at that stage once you get this presed down, hold it down, and get a black cable tie and tie it around the shifter with the fat end of the cable tie above the pressed-down button tighten it so that the button is permanently pressed down by the cable tie seriously is has no function.. you could argue that its a good security measure but everyone knows it exists... my car started doing this once its something to do with the wiring between he brake and the gearbox. i have had zero problems for 3 years with the above fix
  18. call MV automatics they are in adelaide i have put a 2800rpm high-stall torque converter and a stage 2 shift-kit into my auto and it has made a huge difference to the driveability of hte car that along with a decent sized transmission cooler, decent fluid, and regular sercvicing (every 20,000) and you can't go wrong but if you want even tought then Mike at MV automatics has the answers (see my thread below) http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=130805&hl=
  19. should do depending on the design of the rim i think standard offset is +38 so its not that far off...
  20. rb30det
  21. i would say low 15 stock r33 auto based on my own expereince with my r32 auto
  22. i have 18*9 +40 at the rear of my r32 with 255 tyres on them.. this maintains the normal rolling diameter the wheels fitted fine with stock suspension but when i lowered it 24mm they rubbed on the guards only over very large bumps. i had the guards rolled/flared about 1-2cm and no problems anymore i also have 18*8 +35 on the front which fit fine
  23. ...thus creating the wrong resistance
  24. why not make up a series 3? SAU has already made up series 1.5 which never officially existed...
  25. well i ran 14.7 @ 98mph with 155rwkw in an rb20... and because of the stock auto i got a 2.5sec 60' time so in an r33/r34 with manual and the same peak power, i would expect the 13.7-14.0 kind of range
