  1. I immagine that a 32 box isnt going to deal to well with the tourque of a rb25, its the tourque that kills gearboxes afterall, not power
  2. Strut brace helps keep your suspension geometry constant under heavy loading through corners so a very neccesary thing to have. Stifer rear will indeed help induce oversteer but two things that need to be considered is that the skyline is front heavy and does need more stiffnes on the front to compinsate and also the different spring rates front to rear in the coilovers which will most likely be stiffer on the front then the rear. Sway bars are a much better way of adjusting cornering attributes
  3. About 180rwkw/awkw give or take a couple of kw for a stock 32gtr
  4. NISMO oil pump is what you want in my opinion (ive got one anyway) Heavy duty gear but same flow rate as standard so your not pumping oil unecessarily. "as used in super taiku series" acording to greenline Comes primed with oil and front main seal already installed. Got mine for about $1050 from greenline.jp
  5. RB 26 gearboxes are the same as RB 25 gearboxes except for the transfer case so not shure why you would bother as the GTR box is more expensive and takes more work...
  6. Looks awsome, the last pick looks like the exact same state my engine is in right now complete on engine stand and all
  7. Whats the deal with the Antec badge in the caliper lol
  8. The filter is there as a just in case, if you have oil in your vacuum lines then you would have a bit more to worry about then finding a new filter
  9. Spoted a stagea on a beach in experance WA
  10. Cool, cheers
  11. Simple question for you guys, looking from the front of the car does the rb26 spin clock wise or anti clock wise?
  12. Thanks Beer Baron Ljetro is just the normal PFC
  13. Heinz Performance Engineering5/ 26 Cohn St Carlisle 6101(08) 9470 3299 Very specific of how they do things, good work though, know a few people who have used them and all have been very happy, had them build my rb26 bottom end, yet to use it but should be finished in the next few weeks....
  14. Why is that that the standard pfc gets better fuel economy? Have heard it heaps of times but have never realy got an explanation?
  15. Not shure on size but just call these guys http://www.performancewholesale.com.au/ Thats where I got mine from and all I had to tell them was head and main studs for rb26 please
  16. Exactly, you dont get where he is just by chasing $, you get there by doing what you enjoy and doing it realy well
  17. Its all well adn good to say " take it to the track" but how much funding have you seen go to the local tracks from all the speed camera and other revenue? the gov does not care about supporting a legitimate place where you can go fast. All they care about is the majority of public opinion and revenue
  18. Theres almost no difference between rwd and 4wd on a gtr power wise and id expect about 20% difference from flywheel to wheels
  19. If the turbos had the standard ceramic wheels id be curious where the "crunched up metal" you said you found in the exhaust came from
  20. The cusco caster rods come with that standard
  21. http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/ArticleD...ArticleId=44148 There you go guys, its the race record and not the lap record that hasnt been broken yet Still cool though...
  22. Cool, the only thing a big intercooler gona do once you pass a certain point is introduce lag. The smaller the intercooler you can get away with for your application the better as it will give better response
  23. I would be very interested in this to as I've got stock 32GTR turbos rebuilt with steel wheels but havent used them yet as still puting the motor together...
  24. The ACL bearings are all standard grade like a few others and you will need to get the engine builder to machine your crank and stuff to get the desired clearances
  25.
