  2. Is it normaly a sump of job to change the oilpump?
  3. Wonder where I could put my offer in for the brakes.... The gearbox should still be fine to for thos that are game to put it into a kit car of sorts...
  4. Makes no difference at all to the oil pressure wheather the thermostat in the oil cooler block is open or closed... when its closed all the oil thats i the oil cooler just sits there chiling untill its needed. Why would there be to much oil in the engine from this?
  5. Cant blame team jihad for the stupidity of the mclaren drivers...

So are you saying that speeding to help someone in an emegency is doing the wrong thing? I would say that he was doing an illegal thing but not wrong.
  7. Take a looksie here and you will find everything you want to know and more along with heaps of sample shots http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/NikonD60/
  8. install is an engine out job so prob not realistic until you have either stuffed the engine already or are taking it out to do a build
  9. The bigger the cooler the more space the turbos have to fill with air before that air gets to your throtle bodies and hence you loose trotle response and increase lag. (takes more time to fill the greater volume of the intercooler with air)
  10. Wouldnt mind knowing this myself, also what they would be like on the street in a 32 GTR (front and rear)
  11. Cool, thanks heaps for that. Does the instruction sheet actualy mention anything for the bearing carrier?
  12. Its replacing a nismo twin plate clutch... The ORC clutch was baught new and didnt come with any bearing carriers or anything...
  13. Does anyone know what the tourque is on the ORC 709D Clutch cover plate bolts? And does anyone know if theres anything else that is required to fit them? I have new nissan fly wheel bolts and new nissan release bearing...
  14. Same thing here with the nengun order a while back, tracking number didnt work and took ages to get my stuff. Never such issues (or any issues at all) from greenline
  15. Tight engine bay makes them very hard to work on, part availability is fine as the na ones were Aus delivered, part prices are same as skylines more or less. Maintenance is same as other performance cars as well (every 5K and synthetic oils), very nice to cruise in but not to special on petrol... small turbo’s mean they come on very easily and start eating fuel...
  16. Thats exactly right.. ish... 76.5 is what the standard thermostat holds the water temp at
  17. water temp and compression
  18. what you have to watch is where in the power band the engine will be when you change gear, you dont want the next gear to fallout of the meat of the power/tourque curve.
  19. Stock r32 GTR has a YELLOW line at 7500 and a RED line at 8000, no point reving past 7500 as you wont be making any more power and the pull in the following gear may even be stronger as you will be back in the meat of the tourque curve
  20. Would there be any issues running a battery so close to the fuel system?
  21. A1 High Performance in myaree
  22. Slide will be your best bet so not shure why you are bothering realy...
  23. Oh I know, cant wait!!! been driving a 92 corolla auto all this time... sad days...
  24. haha, seems like its the time for gtr rebuild completion... Mine will be finished in about 2 weeks, cant wait as its been 2.5 years in the making.....
