  3. Try a standard ecu to see if it happens. What other symptoms is there?
  4. Check diff backlash. Also try setting the TPS. Incorrect TPS adjustment will cause low speed symptoms like u are having
  5. Gates racing belts are noisy. Nissan belts can whirr too
  6. New motor in. Take it to a dyno without thrashing it on the way. Get them to hook up fuel system analyzer and check fuel flow and pressure
  7. Not every one is sensible like Roy the old lady. Kids these days
  8. Whats wring with fibreglass tanks? All new caltex sites are getting fibreglass tanks to replace the old steelies

  11. Spray wd40 along the plenum gasket. U will find ur problem. Had to replace the inlet gasket on a 32 GTR the other week for this exact reason. My smoke tester proved my theory. Had a constant miss in cylinder 2. Disconnect coil no difference. Disconnect injector slight difference. Spray wd40 or similar and idle cones good. Replaced with Nitto gaskets. Runs perfectly now.
  12. They work well but there are little niggly things when first setting them up that can be a pain in the butt. I think the main reason i dislike 1 was a poor wastegate setup. Car is coming back for a external gate to remove the small tomei internal.
  13. I hadthe sane issues when running a 38mm gate. Upped it to a 44 now perfect
  14. Yes stock regs work perfectly except when running an aftermarket rail which doesnt allow the stock reg to fit
  15. This^^^ Sell the hks evc and get a simple mac valve. Setup the boost control over ethanol percentage so can leave it on high boost and the haltech will lower the boost accordingly. Same for low boost. Will also stop ur boost dropping off. One of the only boost controllers i dislike is the hkc evc's.
  16. Unless the sensors are telling the ecu its running lean so it adds fuel. I have seen it alot. Unplugging the sensors then helps with fuel economy

  18. I was wrong in the other post. It was actually 353kw. Tried a -8 line from 044 but unfortunately we need to add another 044 and a few Y peices with twin entry rail. Ahh well part of the fun i guess
  19. That was the 34 not my GTR. Almost finished the dash 8 line ready for retesting
  20. Gotta watch those central coast guys haha. Buy a mac valve and let the haltech control it
  21. Ok still running out of fuel with surge tanks. Mr Speedflow gaurenteed dash 6 would flow enough. :thumbsdown: Just getting dash 8 now from surgetank. So far at 5300rpm 343kw 25psi full boost at 3750
  22. Check to make sure the correct afm is still setup on the handcontroller. As already said u may have fouled the plugs
