without money - not really. that car is unique to japan and as such the systems are as well. to get it working outside that country is a full refit and that also counts for the TV side of things.

that or a micra. the other is a cuore' . had one of those for a loan car for a while - great on fuel and fun to punt around. parts are easier to find for them. thel later charade is hard on parts.

not sure if the RTA is like the QT up here but you can request QT here to contact the owner and have them contact you if they wish to. the roof dent - not that bad. mind you to fix it will take a full strip/spray of the roof. mine has one like that on teh opposite corner same colour. rest of it decent nick and definitely worth doing if you can get you hands on it. as for opening one. easily done with the correct tools.

same as mine then. though mine has a small tap in the rear that will pull out.

not so busy now. all sorted. ok: the switch on the door by default locks the passenger door only. drivers side is only a switch. to do it would involve adding an actuator to the drivers door and then wiring it to the other side. that would give you full control of both doors on that switch. it would be easier to do an alarm on that car though. that way you do not have to fool with the switch. the loking would happen after you switch the IGN on. understand?

the white plug that you pulled out when you started investigating theis. your assumption is correct. that amplifier generally does not work once you pull the stock radio out.

per door - yes. everyone seems to forget that these are not the easiest cars to work on at times. paying someone to do teh job usually involves an hourly fee of 90-110/hr. in my case it's 90.

given its a two hour exercise to pull that door down and refit a motor - I'd call it fair myself.

could be a stuck brake switch. start there. on a 180 reach up on the brake pedal till you feel a two wire plug- unclip it. lights should go out.

so they were mucking around with part 74512 and 74514? dumb question time. when you bough the car did you get it checked for structual damage. if the rails were bent on it I'm surprised it wasn't chewing tyres or the like.

it has been bypassed. plug the patch lead back in.

nissan need to look it up. its not a tool issue. the tool will program it but the first thing that my tool asked for is a number. that is the one that teh dealer has to look up on a nissan database.

depends. I spent yesterday and today bagging my shop. spnt today stripping it down with the two other businesses in the building. at the end of it we pulled power on the building and put a 6' plastic sheet up on the front glass door. there is noting left in there now. all of it has been moved to high ground including my R32.

I know that two club cars are safe. I have both in my possesion currently.

hole is already there. someone took a 4" cutter to the frame where the GTR one is supposed to be. correct. though I'll need a plate for the engine anyway.

used AC fan - $80 off ebay. I'll tear this down at some point and give it a coat of black paint. R33 I'cooler. I need the mounts for the R32 chassis but that is a start. bought this off a SAU qld club member.
