  1. that was my point. in regard to security. best if we talk. I'm not one to discuss prices on the net.
  2. that is some serious PWNAGE!! http://www.facebook.com/pages/SideWays-Automotive/211412368901014
  3. GPS tracking with online monitoring. one that does autogeofencing is a better way to go. proper install of the thing is a MUST! no point tossing it under a dash and expecting it to stay there when the car gets broekn into. most joy riders know to look there. richie, I wouldn't mind trying to 'steal' yours at some point. I know most of them I can get past fairly quickly if they are poorly installed.
  4. take your 'key' with you and disable the boot
  5. wed/thurs. they alternate locations as most are north of M'field. if I'm in they come to carseldine shops otherwise they stay up north.
  6. eddy, no issue with yours. still can't believe people think it is ok to park one of these outside a house and expect it to be there in the morning. christ I see 8-10 a month for that very reason. the last one I had WAS a 33 and I ended up rebuilding the steering column thanks to someone trying to take it. that car WAS parked out side a house and had it not been for the owner leaving the lights on it would have been LONG gone. (you know who you are when you read this) if it shows back up send it over here and I'll rework it so the only way it will move is by tilt tray.
  7. certianly have. that is a rear speaker plug on a later nissan maxima or the like AND there is an amplifer involved. I may have the car wrong but the plug is right.
  8. yep its alway been here. I monitor it off line most of the time. you should come out
  9. I'm out. I have two R33s here I NEED to get gone. bodo, I know how mych fun it is. I bought QR 10 yrs ago for the day and had a blast. grenaded a clutch doing it. not keen on breaking the subaru as I cannot afford to fix it at teh moment.
  10. give me a call first. lately I have not been working on it tat much. trying to do other things that do not cost a lot of $$ to do. harnesses being one of them.
  11. easier to buy the ac panel.
  12. I must be using the wrong plcae in japan to get mine. the controller is worth more than that.
  13. fair enough (I get busy and forget.)
  14. AFM - can pick up next day or so- $50?
  15. Yes stock rails.no mods straight bolt in. gives me options for spare seat parts now as well.
  16. buy one and hack the screen
  17. decent if its well hidden. if you need remotes I need info off the unit and I can help.
  18. could be a bad accessory relay. doubtful though. how much of a mess is the wring behind the dash.
  19. fusible link on the battery. check both. doesn't mean anything. battery could have been just about at the end of its life. that would have finished it off. alternator is toast OR battery was simply too flat to 'start' the alternator. I'm leaning on a dead alternator myself. battery is FUBAR.. see point 5. good sparky can sort the lot.
  20. found something interesting today whilst moving a customers R33 around - the R33 seals fit in the R32!!! didnt know that!
  21. two fusible links on the battery - check both. if one is broke then SOME of the items work. surprised that you didn't have lights going off in the dash. as troy said multiple issues. address each one first before putting a blanket patch on it.
