  1. Thanks Duncan for the mature response, we can all agree Z221 tyres are brilliant however my mate says he finds they lose their performance dramatically after the 3rd or 4th track day. Harry, you should get a better car you'll do better times.
  2. Harros, Yes you don't get one, but 2x 3.5" STAINLESS STEEL v-band clamp sets...! Bought them, fabricator for my exhaust system forgot to use... fails, was still in boot of car. LOL Price: $70 for both Location: Canley Vale, NSW, 2166 Post: Yeah Ok, extra $8.95 will do
  3. I read the same, you pretty much insinuated NT01 tyres perform just as good as Federal 595 SS. Anyhow each to their own. I'm happy with my NT01 tyres, I'm happy with the price and also few other guys I track with are happy with them. If I had more money, and had z221 per track day then sure why not, but at the end of the day I prefer not to kill my limited cash on fancy tyres that are useful for about 2 track days. I don't cry over a bad lap time, I'm purely there to have fun and enjoy driving my shit box beyond its limits.
  4. You really don't like Nitto eh? I know Z221 are better but for the price NT01 tyres are good enough for most of us and don't degrade as fast as Z221 which go rock hard after 3 to 4 track days
  5. Well I have a friend and his brother (share car) that have gone from 595 RS-R on a 180SX to NT01s (same size, same everything) and managed 3 seconds better, tipping into the 1m07s mark - purely from a tyre change. So yeah.
  6. Interesting.. I went from Nitto Invo & Federal 595 RS-R to NT01 and jumped like 2.5 seconds around Wakefield
  7. LS coils or Yaris coils, unless you get splitfires or oem new cheap
  8. Housing SOLD Other shit SOLD Boot/Spoiler Available Stock Airbox Available
  9. Spotted Silver R33 GTR on Milperra Road this morning about 11:30am. Beautiful gate salute hahhaa.. I was in the A4 on the laptop dicking with a tune
  10. I agree, because Nitto has beautiful women promoting the brand so it must be good.
  11. I'm keen, but they need a new name LOL call them Yokakangs.. I will buy Nankangs, no... I nearly killed myself 10+ years ago on Nankangs NS-2.. now that I am older, wiser and have some form of cash flow I refuse to buy Nankangs.
  12. very credible source: http://www.ozzytyres.com.au/blog/the-nitto-nt-performance-and-invo-tyre-range/ says they're legal LOL
  13. oh really? shit.. I've been driving on the streets with them to the track LOL... been pulled over once and a copper said they look bald.. so I showed him the tread indicator and he was happy they were above the indicators and off I went
  14. RS-R will crack tread, the treads crack off their tits.. NT01 don't crack and happily will do lap after lap after lap.. with severe fade "butterness" by the 6th lap at Wakefield lol
  15. Needs more dose in the story
  16. I wonder how the NT01 in the same size would square up to the Nangers. From what I'm seeing they perform well for you, but the adult in me is telling me to never buy Nankangs again because I'm not 18 anymore.
  17. Food for thought, I run 10/7 MCA X-R and it's more comfy than other setups with 8/6 Spring rate is one thing, dampers are another.. the latter being the most important.
  18. Harros, My entire rear boot and rear boot spoiler is for sale. Much hectics for your R33 S1 or S1.5. Paint is good, however car has been washed twice in over four years so there's a layer of grim on it.
