  1. I love A/C, love it on cool down laps at the track. Would be better if I could just keep it on full time on the track, however I find it pushes the coolant temp over 100°C. AC off, I can thrash its mum and it never goes past 100°C.
  2. Yeah, I live in an area once filled with bogans/housos. Their offspring still reside here, so you get an interesting lot. Once I was crossing a road (in front of the Woolies carpark), using a marked pedestrian crossing and this bogan chic (green station wagon Commo lol) reversed down an one way street over the crossing then yelled at me for not looking. Sigh, maybe one day I can afford to buy in a better area.
  3. N54, convert to single and send its mum to the moon 😂 I think skip the Nistune and get a Link of Haltech or whatever is popular in the UK. Nistune on the R34 platform is a pain in the arse to tune. Heaps of 'gotchas' to deal with.
  4. ADM S15 Silvia with a 13B turbo, running A/C, airbags and a wild stereo sounds good. True street car, yesterday in the 40°C heat, didn't see a single "street" car on the road nor anyone in cars with their windows down. Love hearing guys saying "you don't need AC, just wind the window down".
  5. At the development rate these 90s shitboxes are going, I wouldn't be surprised to see a B58, S55, S58 swapped into a Skyline because it's cheaper than buying a RB motor.
  6. Follow you on IG, wild journey! Truly embraced Japanese culture and the 90s shit boxes.
  7. That's true, would love a ZF box in my car. Actually would love a M3 Wagon, S58, ZF, xDrive makes me horny.
  8. It is, however it would also sit funny, so very unlikely it's on wrong. There are a few plastic retainers on the R33 RB25, which keeps them in the right orientation. On the R34 RB25 you're blessed with 2x hard lines behind the head.
  9. Nice mate, will look superb once carpet goes on!
  10. Hopefully you'll be ok, as your pressure plate is like 1.7ton of clamping force (assuming it's the 10" pressure plate you bought initially)
  11. It's hope it provides enough friction, if not nek minnit twin plate organic LOL.
  12. Nice bro! Probably go for a couple more varying load drives and dump the cnut and put in the good stuff. Since you've been wasting a decent amount of money, I suggest getting a AT catch can/washer bottle replacement. Get a 3rd fitting so you can feed it back to your intake so it doesn't smell like shit https://atperformance.com.au/product/nissan-skyline-r33-gtst-catch-can-washer-bottle-combo/
  13. Hard work pays off, now you can rest in peace. Wuhan Murican Spicy cough isn't fun (I still think the US masterminded this and cocked it up, Asians love money, why would China shoot themselves in the foot and disrupt trading with the world? Just makes no sense). Hope you get rich!
  14. Yeah hopefully some rich muricans fly to Australia and go on a R33 buying rampage and offer you and I a sum we both can't refuse. (Nek minnit moron here buys another R33 shit box to build).
  15. Mine said exactly this, your boy here pumped like $40k+ into it. Smart, follow me for more investment advice. #buyhighselllow
  16. Then again, are wives ever happy? There's not a single day where she doesn't growl at me lol.
  17. Pretty quiet on the car front, my house decided that blowing a water line was a fun thing to do late in the year. Whoever built the house (typical Western Suburbs property developer) used some china PEX underground instead of copper or the real deal PEX. Anyhow there goes the gearset money LOL. In other news, some great person chipped paint off our door, when my wife approached the lady, she was welcomed a bunch of swearing. Found the business, got in touch with the owner/husband and greeted with arrogance. No point pursuing it further, not worth my energy or time dealing with terrible people. Is what it is, I'll sort out the other carpark door dings and shit all in one go when we sell the shit box. And some related car bullshit, I'm really over smelling the catch can, so I'm going to add a fitting to it and feed that to the turbo inlet pipe. I'll still leave the top vent on the catch can exposed, when the crank case/cam breather overwhelms the feed back to the turbo inlet it can still breathe out of the top. My broscience tells me that on idle, light load (off boost or tiny bit of boost) the vacuum generated by the turbo intake pipe should be enough to pull out some of the oil stench/fumes and combust it. There isn't much room to fit a fitting anywhere so an ORB to 10AN fitting will be attached to the front side, this landing in the 2nd chamber of the catch can. I did want to put a fitting next to the 2x exisiting ones, however we will need to get a pipe internally to bypass the first baffle at least, or else you'll just end up pushing liquid into the can and straight into the intake pipe. Not a good month, money exiting Dose's bank account too fast, and future bank account.
  18. You work quick, very impressive because you have kids too! Then again they probably can use the toilet on their own, where as mine can't yet lol.
  19. that should just earth onto the back of the alternator, just bolt it onto the female thread
  20. Can't say I remember where they go, however this is the wiring diagram (not very useful I don't think)
  21. Solid effort, all of that would have taken me at least a year to do lol. Put out your offerings to all the 17x gods today, light up candles, incense, burn paper money, whatever you need to do before starting up the car. This is what IT teams around the nation do before they all go on leave.
