  1. This post is close to 7 year old. Yes our ceramic ball bearings turbos has been evaluated and released few years ago, into WTAC twice, Broke S chassis world record, drifted, won DCA battles, Vic drift battles, and about half of our daily builds involves ceramic ball bearings today. The bearing setup changes a car's throttle response, requires less oil supply, takes more thrust load, and makes driving more pleasurable. I have tested and will not be voting for the cheap Asian bearing cages how ever. Complete bearing cartridge depends on the materials and making of the metal collar and cages instead of the bearings alone.
  2. OP6 is made for a Neo engine, and it has higher CPR, and more VCT cam angle. Fitting that housing to a normal R33's high flow will result in an average of 500RPM worth of lag and increase HP by roughly 15kws.
  3. For the amount of exterior work is not bad. It used to be Jesse Customs personal car two years ago. any way, parts started to arrive and I will update with prices and places. I'm using siemens 610cc injectors @ $60 each and Walbro 470L pump @ $200 each from Injectorsonline . com Z32 AFM and plug cost $250 from Dev industries http://www.hypergearturbos.com/photos/r32/z32afm.JPG
  4. I guess some of yous already seen, we've started modding RB20det for the next couple of week and see how far we can get before hurting driving ability. So the car is an 93 model GTS-4, good condition and solid. Its fully stock with an cat back exhaust and a blitz return flow cooler only. Its running a R33 GTST turbocharger at 10psi and it is as slow as it gets. So far I've ordered: Split fire coil packs Z32 AFM 470L Walbro pump JJR front pipe with 100 cell cat 650cc Siemens injectors Nistune ECU The first turbo I will be fitting will be an ball bearing ATR43SS-1.
  5. Hi, its running Adaptronic ecu with 470L walbro pump
  6. haha true, my plain is to drop in a RB25det NEO motor off a Stagea in it later on, Nissan should've done that years ago. I will be using our ATR43SS1 as well as doing some high flows, and see if there are room for improvements.
  7. I've modified a fully stock R34 as one of my projects. With list below I've managed 317rwkws on P98 fuel, I hope those information can provide some guidance for starters. 1. Xtreme Pull type Cushion button heavy duty clutch KNI25003-1C. from Race brakes : $891 2. Splitfire coil packs from Just Jap: $589 3. JJR's stainless steel R34 3inches turbo back exhaust system: $770 4. XSpurt 1000cc top feed injectors from Injectorsonline.com: $750 5: Walbro 470 L/H fuel pump from Injectorsonline.com: $200 6: Adaptronic R34 Plug in ecu: $1499 7: Havoc Fabrication Front mount cooler kit: $850 8: 4 inches metal induction pipe made by few silicon hoses and a pod: $100 9: Complete dyno tuning from Chequered Tuning $750 10: I will be using my own ATR43G4SAT internally gated bolt on Turbocharger. $1250. Total spending: $7649 Plus about $500 in labor it works out to be $8150.
  8. There are so few of them around and took a while to find the right car. Picked up a 93 model R32 GTS4 in good mechanical order. Will be starting developments based on R32 Rb20det engines. My goal is to 270rwkws on pump 98 fuel with good turbo response. Car is pretty basic with a return flow cooler, and a turbo back exhaust fitted. I will be Nistune it and drop in some ID injectors for starters. I will list prices and places as project move along.
  9. I made 365rwkws P98 fuel on a 2JGTE None VVTI engine. 20psi by 3500RPM. Its is super responsive, you can find the build details on my FB page. Been a RB30det with active VCT it will be out performing my 2J. There has been few updates on this particular turbo since last year, if its not installed you are welcome to send it back and get it upgraded to the latest specs free.
  10. Other thing I can think off is problem with CAS. Happened to a customer on this form few years ago.
  11. as in if fuel is running lean due to blocked fuel filter, injector or bad fuel pump.
  12. I'm leaning towards to what the Afr gauge say as well.
  13. Better getting a stock rb25 or neo turbo high flowed to suit.
  14. For this power. its best order our ATR45SAT in BB CHRA. Run it externally gated with gate mounted on factory manifold.
  15. R34GTT with Rv-2 Atr45sat Cbb Int gated bolton turbo on stock manifold. Stock engine rb25det neo motor, I'd 1000 injectors, walbo pump, Pwr cooler, 3 inches turbo back cooler and 4 inches intake pipe. 324rwkws P98 fuel
  16. I can fix or high flow them, their housings are usually good.
  17. Scotty the old m35 turbocharger developed with u was a total disaster much to do with your Bunnings mod. looks like u have dogged away from internet for good no. of months. No need dumping shit bucks selling your offers. Our latest development in M35 system still stands both power and response over yours. While Im a year ahead into rolling out m35 ceramic ball bearings systems when u r only making a start, Plus your re-shafted OEM cores aren't better then a Brand new Garrett. let time and results speak for them selves.
  18. I think 420rwkws is about the most this turbo can do. have to upsize wheels for more power. But Its plenty for what this car needs so far.
  19. Was 24peek. Still using built in 20psi map sensor.
  20. Haha, the car had upgraded fuel pump later on so I upsized the turbo to an ATR45SAT which made 408rwkws on an aggressive tune. Backed to 399rwkws for tracks. It run 1.251 at Winston last week beating previous wtac winners result of 1.26
  21. We sponsored topstages S14 for wtac this year, its an built sr20det with solid head and pro cams. Upgraded to our ATR43SAT turbocharger from Garrett GT3071. Car made more power through out the whole rev range and maxed at 381rwkws e85 fuel. Red: Atr43sat Green: Gt3071 Philip island test run:
  22. yes that can be done. go for our latest ATR45SAT model in ceramic ball bearing setup.
  23. New version is a very different turbo.
  24. Yes external gate is always better.
  25. Our Ceramic ball bearing system Vs traidional bush. Easy installation working with OEM lines and restrictors Vs sump dropping and restrictor drilling. 326awkws vs 309awkws
