  1. CBD? Really?? I prefer to drive my car, not idle in D to get from point to point lol. (No, I don't have a better idea for a meeting point... at the moment)
  2. Yep, M35 brakes are the same a Z33 (350z) touring. I recommend QFM A1RM pads. Straight fit, no squeal. I have Nismo rims which would show up brake dust up in a second and the only dust I have on my wheels is from the dirt road I live on. Cheap too, around $180 delivered for all 4 corners Link? Sure, I got mine through GSL Rallysport or Jetpilot1986 on SAU.
  3. Yes, on petrol.... but if it is 10% ethanol, shouldn't there only be tax on the petrol content of the fuel ie 90%? Not that the tax on 10% would equate to 8c/L, but I can understand through the double negative what he was saying.
  4. According to FAST and Parts Master, the two belts (AY140-61175 and AY14N-4094E) are used on the following engines; VQ25dd VQ25det VQ30dd VQ30det VQ35de
  5. Pretty sure that MV Automatics have shift kits for your car
  6. lol... or a big white "NISSAN" across the top
  7. Yep, will most likely be the way I go (can't see the Nissan one's costing under $100) Now for some bonnet struts....
  8. Haha... yeah I noticed last night that mine are starting to get a bit weak. Will be looking into it today, hopefully
  9. Any trans cooler will be of benefit. Personally I am running a PWR "6-cylinder" unit and have mounted it on a bracket behind the grill as you can see below (obv without the grill). There are plenty of cheap trans coolers. Just note that if you are using a 3/8" transmission hose, you will need to make sure of the connection to the radiator cooler as I believe they are slightly smaller than 3/8".
  10. 3 bottles of Redline Lightweight Shockproof will leave you with some left over. Get them from for damn good pricing You will need around 8.3L of trans oil if filling from empty.... if flushing, Nissan use 10.5 on their machine. As an aside, you can also use the Nulon trans fluid for the ATTESSA and power steering (Nissan use Matic D for these)
  11. Wow, that quote just sent a shiver down my spine... and I get "good" prices from Nissan! Perhaps PM Chris Rogers? He may have a spare radar sensor, although due to the rarity of the item I think you will need all the luck you can get!
  12. Exactly what I have in my car. No complaints whatsoever
  13. Yep, my mate has the factory Aero kit on his sedan. Looks very nice I have to say If you want a ton of aftermarket support, stick with the 3.5. On a side note (sorry for the mini-hijack Shan) does anyone know if the S2 sedan bonnet is higher over the plenum than the S1 item and can it be bolted on an S1 sedan?
  14. Loose connection to/from your cruise module? Did you happen to his any bumps before the beep by any chance? Just thinking that if the connection was not great, perhaps the plug was jolted loose? (have no idea really, so just taking an uneducated guess )
  15. unbelievable... although I am sure that IF the falcon looked like that and had the build quality of a Legnum, they would have sold a lot more "BA" wagons!
  16. lol... still yet to find mine!
  17. bush core is around the $880 park for whatever size you want (ie GT30 equiv) or $1600(ish) for a ball bearing core, again whatever size you want from Hypergear. Rebuild can be done for about $1100
  18. interesting... yep more info when/if you get it would be great. I suppose it would be possible to get one brought in for around the $25k mark going by some of the auctions.
  19. Definitely not the same is an RB25 turbo. If you are high flowing, talk to Andy65b, I believe he still has his blown unit. As for a direct replacement, I have seen HKS GT30's put on (most common replacement in Japan) but they require minimum a new dump (which you will need anyway) and probably an exhaust manifold as well. High flowing is the easiest and cheapest way for our turbo, no question due to space restrictions.
  20. 2008 M35 Stagea is 3.5L VQ35de or 2.5L vq25dd only. Both engine combos come in AWD or RWD and only the Axis S came with the 6-speed manual option (3.5L). The only Stagea that ever came from factory with twin turbos is the 260RS (C34) Who is this dealer? The only dealer that is currently able to import and comply 2005+ Stageas is Northshore Prestige (incidentally, they were also the first to offer the 2001-2003 M35's) Perhaps you should give Ben a call, here are their contact details
  21. No problemo Garett. Happy to help and glad it is back on the road Nice to have some "internet mechanics" that know what's going on, aye?
  22. Around $400 installed sounds about right if memory serves me correctly.
  23. lol... wasn't actually referring to you, mate. btw, long distance relationships are crap
  24. Quoted for accuracy And so should Northshore only comply cars that they are selling, didn't see anyone else put up the $$$$$'s to get the compliance cert. Incidentally, J-spec have the PM35 listed as "not eligible for import" on their website (or at least they did 2 days ago)
