  1. sweet mother of god! *rushes off to buy fist fulls of lotto tickets* BMW have announced the spring (September in Europe) release date for the M5 Estate - and yes, it will be fitted with the same 507bhp V10 as the saloon *drools* My dream car (Audi RS4 Avant) finally has some competition.
  2. you mean, like living in Rockingham and owning an import? Boganup FTL
  3. name change time methinks (no longer a n00b) Stinky Rooster Please.
  4. rats - I was really looking forward to checking out the slammed and pimped BMW Isetta's and Messerschmitt Kabinenroller's
  5. AFAIK that was standard with the leather seats - the cloth seats all have inserts made from the same material that the seats were covered in. The suede looks much nicer than just plain dead cow IMO
  6. I am gonna go out on a limb and suggest its the attessa pressure cylinder that you are talking about? The pump for it is actually located at the back above the rear diff. The fill pot for it is inside the cargo area on the drivers side behnd one of the natty little panels in the side. As with all auto fluids, this should be checked with the car warm, running and parked on level ground. Do a search for the actual fluid required or have a look in the DIY sticky at the top of the forum.
  7. Thats a damn good buy for less than $500 plus shipping!
  8. need pics - mine are the same.... BUT mine has the interior trim from a NA 25X-Four
  9. I don't suppose you wanna run those brake mods by me again? And what size rims are those?
  10. Lovely landscape of Boganup there Mitch!
  11. *cringe* Imagine the mark THAT would leave if the airbag went off! I did notice that all their stags have the roof rails removed (except for the rear view of the one above )
  12. Yeah, there are trim pieces available, but I dunno where you would get them. I am pretty sure Andy (EGA4IT) had them on his beast so maybe he could help? I seem to remember that they are the same colour as the rails though, so if you want them colour coded you may have to get them painted.
  13. Ministry of Sounds Sessions 2007 (came preloaded on mah new mp3 player )
  14. Depending on who you get to do the compliance, you may need the std wheels and (especially) the std exhaust - I would clarify that before writing them off. Also, speak to your complier because they may offer you some money / goods in find for the std exhaust.
  15. Hogs breath in Northbridge got my thumbs up about 6 months ago, but I haven't been there since. Their deep fried camembert cheese and cranberry dipping sauce entree is "the shizz" but not really healthy
  16. There are no friends to display

  17. at that price I'm not surprised - they have a black S2 available for about 5 grand MORE!
  18. well thats just odd because the first rule of SEVS is the car must be factory standard. Compliance is calculated on a stock version, and I just assumed that a manual conversion would have to go through emission testing etc etc
  19. yeah - because its the facia. The actual DIN is the steel cradle that supports it all. I noticed the last time I had my player out that someone had very carefully relieved the edges of the face with something. Got a Dremel and a steady hand? I don't think you have to take much off. This was the same with the old in dash radios for XD falcons
  20. *cries* WTF have they done!
  21. Anywhere in particular?
  22. Muaaa haaa haaa! I feel so much better now! I just threw a job in and moved to a different company purely because of the lack of CAD support! I share your pain brother. (Say G'day to Cham for me if you see him )
  23. Yeap - but it will stuff the transfer case, not the gearbox which is worse because the auto is fairly common whaereas the transfer box isn't. Incidently I recently found out something interesting about the auto - it has normal bands for 1st and 2nd, but runs wet clutches for 3rd and 4th (OD)
