Nothing ATM, but I am looking pretty seriously at the Jaycar digital fuel adjuster for mine.

The wanky little strips of plastic covering the top of the lights. (sometimes they are painted on too)

*biatch slaps the pommy car driver* I was actually a card carrying certified trevmobile driver.... still got half a wardrobe full of Ford apparell. I know this won't be hard, but I want to figure out the best place to put it with out having to cut through braces etc.

yep carbon fibre FTW! unfortunately there is no way the finances will stretch that far, besides, with my cars complete lack of aero, including the std front lip, I think it would look plain silly. I am really chasing function over form here, but at the same time I dont want it to look like I was a honda owner in a previous life

I was offered a bonnet vent on the weekend and initially I dismissed the idea out of hand, but I thought about it a bit more and it does make sense for a boosted car to get some of the excess heat out. Has anyone here done it and what sort of vent did you use? I don't think I will use the one I was offered (butt ugly) but if I did do it, where abouts would be the best place to put it? Also, if anyone has any photo's of the underside of a bonnet with the noise blanket removed I would love to see them.

lets just hope it doesn't have electric seats, sunroofs etc etc. Still, at least it isn't the RB20 LOL!

super fine hard coat - not all stagea's have it, but if yours does it will be written on the rear window just above the rear wiper pivot Mine does and I think its way cool - water beads off and over 100kph it just streaks off the bonnet even when its dirty.

WGMG Working all weekend to cover a certain proceedure that the powers that be deem important, only to spend all weekend doing sweet f#ckall and not actually having said proceedure come up once. The worst part is being a contractor so I don't even get penalty rates or anything for being here and I don't even get time off in lieu so all the extra money I do make will be going straight to little johnny or to the @rsehole bogans that kept me awake all last night listening to their crap cOckrock last night on their couch on their front lawn so they can go and buy their woodstock bourbon premix cans next pension day. On top of that there is no one around to post whore with....

Isn't losing power through a dirty air filter element evidence that replacing the standard filter with an aftermarket jobbie proof that it makes the engine more efficient? I'm not saying that it will cause the engine to use less fuel, rather it will be able to make more power with the same amount of fuel due to less vacuum before the turbo compressor, therefore a new air filter will make more than a "poofteenth" difference

^^ what he said about fuel. I traded up from an EB wagon and got told the stagea would use LESS fuel....WRONG!!!! But seriously, you don't get all that extra power for nothing I really recommend getting your hands on the VIN number and getting someone to run it through FAST (the nissan database) because if it isn't a turbo from the factory then it can't be legally complied for Australia. *speaks from experience*

CHECK YOUR FRONT DRIVESHAFT UNI'S!!!!!!!!! Seriously dude, mine did this not long after I bought it, I thought the tapping sound was coming from behind the dash, but the intermittent nature of the noise made it really hard to track. Apparently the front shaft should have next to no play in it so if it has freeplay (as you expect a rear shaft to have) then you need new unijoints.

spotted a noice silver S1 on Dumbarton Rd in Canning Vale parked up on a driveway tonight - anyone here?
