  1. same way but you need to join the two afm signals together (not ideal) from the one AFM but it works.
  2. we have had to do the same with the greddy plenum on 4dr skylines (r33 auto) as the fuse box is double the size and the battery is there too From memory you can move the fuse box about an inch. i will chase up some pics of bennys car.
  3. I reckon you should be ok, just watch the rear housing clearance. Shame your not down this way, id love to see your car in action once its finished.
  4. can it monitor the knock sensor?
  5. Compressor IN 50.5mm OUT 68mm Turbine IN 49.1mm OUT 56mm
  6. it has a dodgy CAS by the sounds of it, or a trigger issue.
  7. it wont be a restriction in front of the 3037 but if you really dont want it there you can fit it in the cold side of the cooler piping. It will need rescaling in the AFM volts table.

  9. We use to sell them and install them many years back (2001 or so) but they are super unreliable especially the handset. Swap it out for a VIPER.
  10. check the boost limiter setting in the EBC make sure it is well above the set boost and turn the gain down to 15, duty should be be somewhere in the region of 30-35 for starters.
  11. im guessing you meant, outlet? i should be plumbed as per my attached pic. Make sure the controller is set to WG not AC.
  12. IM sure if there was a specific thread made up in the general section and then spammed to everyones email address advising that donations could be made to better the site i reckon you could buy 5 servers (or gizzmos that makes thing better) i have NFI on the intricacies of forum goodness might be worth a shot if money is the the only hold back?
  13. A gt3540 will make 400rwkw a 2530 will make 230rwkw..... big difference.
  14. That is the easiest question ever to answer.... the factory turbo, as your Mines ecu is tuned only for the std turbo and std afm. It will run with the z32 but the map scaling will be up the shit. If you do swap the turbo it will just be a matter of time before you have a nice mess on your hands.
  15. that makes perfect sense, as you can only adjust the OFF point. VTC on @ 1050 (approx) and off @ user determined rpm (setting in PFC).... usually 4700.
  16. i pretty sure there is no compensation in the pfc for VTC angle change. Even with an ecu that does i doubt there is a accurate enough way of yielding quantifiable results ( vtc minimal 20 deg change) with the engine setup you have. Various ecu's have a nice table for playing with injection timing (usually in degrees), it is most handy for cold starting, idle (especially on big cammed engines) and cruise mixtures but less important as the revs increase.
  17. haha, aesthetics is a valid point.
  18. no 40 is bigger. It is best to go the smallest you can get away with as it allows another rebuild down the track (if something goes wrong) without getting custom pistons made.
  19. what power are you making? im yet to max out the std rail on pump.
  20. mexican made not aussie.
  21. Strip the engine first to determine what size you actually need, as it may already be 20 or 40 up. going from std to 40thou up is a negligible increase in capacity.
  22. Take 10rwkw off that dyno sheet as they are using DIN which is an old correction factor (what the US uses), it should be in SAE J1349
  23. thats reading in tractive effort, it converts to about 420nm
  24. 1000's of top feed conversions available, 2 mins on ebay is all it takes.... a rail is about 130-140 or VPW among others has them here ready to ship.
