it's a clutch problem. your box i still spinning so it's hard to get first. try this. clutch in, move gear lever to second, then first. that will help.

yeah I watched the game on fox. on the same time as 10 and commentary was much better. not such a heavy aussie bias either which is nice.

yeah I have the place slightly negatively geared. but most people I speak to these days think negative gearing is a waste of time. you are better off going for places that are cashflow positive. which is actually pretty hard to do. my place was more heavily geared when I first had it. since I increase rent every year it's now almost cashflow positive (which means my tax offset is lower, but I'm not putting hardly any money into the property). if you can find say a 1 bed place for $350K or so and rent it for $400pw then you will almost certainly be getting positive cashflow and of course in that case it's a winner as only $70K of your money is tied up and the property is paying for itself. but trust me it's not that easy.

yeah that is complete nonsense. the lagtime is not set by the ecu BUT some ecus (like PFC) will compensate for it. but still I would choose the 700s over the 800s unless you really need all of those 800cc. the 800cc lag time is twice that of the 700s.

an apartment mate. not too keen to wait 2 more years, I'll almost definitely sell early next year. easy to make a profit. you only need one buyer... so it doesn't matter if 99.95% of people think it's worth the same as it was 3 years ago. if one person thinks it's worth what I'm asking then I make a profit.

well actually the only GTR we've ever had was the 32 and in some ways was superior to the japanese version... so don't jump to any conclusions just yet boys.

ahh coolie. i thought you must have bought property without telling me! yeah who wants to buy my apartment? 2 bed, LUG, top floor and city view. stanmore just near enmore theatre. current rent is $400 pw (and going up in 2 months time). hopefully I can sell it for about $450K. it's a nice place. fully renovated 3 years ago. and best thing is it's always tennanted. so the rent money keeps rolling in.

well if you have the dough for a kick arse legal team I'm sure you could bring the calibration of the officers watch into doubt. tell them is was 7:58 by your watch then have a swiss time keeping expert testify that he has since tested your watch and found that it is accurate with the accepted world time to within 1 second, and state that VIC police perform no such test on their watches. or you could just do the smart thing. pay the fine. wear the suspension. never make the same mistake again.

the first thing you need to know before getting car reccomendations is what is the budget? if it's high then I'd go for a audi Q7 or something. nice image, big, sold beast. should be able to tow a 33 no problem. if your budget is $5K then we are looking at a different kettle of fish entirely.
