  1. You can pull it apart, but again there are tricks etc to doing this. The turbos i worked on where alot bigger then what you would have and where quite easy to pull apart. I think with smaller turbos there is a real chance of bending or snapping the shaft. It would honestly be best to just take them both into a turbo shop and ask if they can sacrifice parts from both and make a single working turbo out of the parts you can try pulling it apart, you might be right but just saying probably best to just get a turbo shop to do it
  2. But more power is always fun Think it's just the asm catching the oversteer and making it unpredictable. Will have a go with it off next time. Need somewhere to clamp my wheel and pedals so I can race properly
  3. 33's are funny Mine wouldnt take 10psi, would die at about 5000rpm or so (fuel cut) and was running rich as at 8psi (about 10:1) at this boost with similar mods to you i only made 140rwkw but in saying that ive seen R33's that handle more boost without to much of an issue worth a try i guess but I'd def look into getting an aftermarket ECU. There by far one of the best mods you can do. Power deliever is much smoother and nicer. I have a Power FC and there a great ECU for there age, VIPEC seems to be the way to go now but you could go piggyback in the form of a nistune or greddy emanage or something along those lines if money is an issue
  4. get a turbo shop to do it. Ive balanced turbos before (for heavy diesel machinery) and its not something you can do yourself AND will be an issue if it is out of balance
  5. if theres a 24 hour le-mans or nurburgring event, who would honestly stay up for a full day doing that lol should be a way to save and re-join later
  6. can you save and come back to endurance races or have people just been leaving there playstation going (game paused) and coming back to it I got the Toyota minolta 88C-V last night, and added a turbo, 1080hp i think, its fast and pretty good but my god its twitchy, Mind you im playing with a controller and traction control and ASM on so when its oversteering its catching the car and putting fairly bad understeer into it which shoots it straight off if your not careful. Has anyone found a way to fix this?
  7. Assuming the R34 speedo works the same as the R33 speedo it will have an electronic sender at the gearbox, wires to the dash and then the dash itself. So choose your problem. either or all of them could be the issue so depends how good you are with electrics or how much your willing to spend really
  8. yeah that is plumback so the bov should be fine but they may not have tuned the idle with the AC on properly, but because I dont know who tuned it or anything like that, I'm not gonna slag on the tunning to much try cleaning the AAC, and get some contact cleaner and lightly spray the sensor inside the AFM. Thats pretty poor fuel economy (unless your thrashing it everywhere) I was fairly easily getting around 400km to a tank with my tune and the stock turbo, only mod i didnt have that u do is the FPR. That was giving it a bit every now and then if all else fails take it back to your tuner and say your unhappy with the fuel economy and how rich it is at idle and see if they will have a look at it
  9. BOV If it is atmo it will run rich at idle because it will be partially open and not returning through the normal return pipe back into the system Might have been tuned without the AC on so its fine until you turn the AC on try at idle just holding your hand over the BOV outlet so no air can escape and see if that helps Thats just assuming it is an atmo bov
  10. wow hot headed b-spec drivers are much better then cool drivers lol just got a hot headed driver the other day, and he was pretty crap at lower levels but loves overtaking. Racing with my cool driver now at the same level and is hopeless at overtaking with a far superior car just gotta finish doing up my corvette race car and ill be sweet for the like the wind race i havent done
  11. Yeah I just boughtf a zr1 and race prepped it. Should be a goer once I upgrade it fully........ well it better be, I spent all my money on it lol
  12. NPC do good clutches at resonable prices. Give them a call and tell them what your after and they will sort you out with something thatmatches your needs
  13. Check simple things like your battery, your earth etc. Could be a dodgy earth somewhere. Heat creates more resistance Or could be a couple issues, check cas and afm (check the wiring to the plug as well)
  14. S2 with nismo lip That's what I changed mine to from a S1 m spec Much nicer lol
  15. B-spec drivers shit me its like raising a retard, just created a new driver and have him in my camaro doing one of the historic car races, and he just slides every corner and crashed into walls... frustrating I couldnt get through like the wind, the first one was fine but the second event at indianapolis they kill me in the corners. Havent got a proper LM car or anything like that, beat the daytona level with the veyron but its useless at turning at speed on idianapolis. What have people been using?
  16. yeah its not hard to hide it if you get pulled over I always turn my car off if i get pulled over and put my hand controller down by my leg anyway. You can mount it on the left hand side of the steering wheel with some velcro, its good for watching what your cars doing without taking your eyes to far from the road
  17. If it is a fuel pressure problem then drive carefully so you don't have the engine running lean
  18. Yeah it's purely for the gauge. Just leave the plug where it is.
  19. Reverse has no synchs The forward gears have synchros because you shift between them lots
  20. Reinforcement bar. What your bumper bolts to
  21. BKR8E Is what the copper equivalent would be. The heat range 7 plugs I just put in mine I'm pretty sure had NGK R on the side but yours might be iridums by the amount of km you have done
  22. You prob need new plugs by the sound of that to
  23. No Unless it has the series 1 reo but it will look awful
  24. 33 thermostat i thought opened at 76 degrees, mine sits at about 80 or 81 on a normal summers day no matter how hard or soft i drive it. Ive read somewhere that this is about ideal temperature for your engine. On a winters night it will sometimes sit around 78 degrees. Nissan knows best unless your racing it theres no point putting a nismo thermostat or similar in. As for Radiator hoses etc, put silicon ones in if you want but the standard ones should be fine unless there damaged. Just put some new coolant in, maybe give it a flush and it will be fine. I havent touched my cooling system and I live in north queensland where it regularly hits 30+ degrees (when its not raining) and Ive never had a problem with overheating etc
  25. get a new cluster?
