Ive got a VS commy ute I take to work with a stuffed head gasket. No signs that this is the case apart from the thing using coolant. I put up with it cause I only drive it out to work and back every second week. Ill fix it one day lol

Is it only on cold start? Sometimes moisture builds up in the exhaust overnight and when you start it you'll get some spots of water out the exhaust. Mine does this. But otherwise yes most likely head gasket.

Should be O.K, I think you can make it so it only runs plumback (which is what you want) If you have the stock air box and can hear it, chances are it might be venting to atmosphere, Spring rate might be a touch to high as well Set it to full plumback (I'm sure you can have one, the other, or both on these) and see how it goes

Yeah there are quit alot of hoses that run around under the manifold and it could be any of them that are leaking.Best thing you can do is try and get under it and hook up a pressure tester and pump it up to see if you can see the leak.

Yeah jump in the boot with a torch and get someone to spray water over it. Best way to find the leak, even if it is a bit squashy in there

Did you set up the base timing while looking at what the power FC was doing? I can see the first 4 cells are 15 but mine used to get close to or overlap cells further then that. I used to do base timing with a second person. One person looking at the hand controller timing and the other setting it with a timing gun. I think unplugging the TPS cancels the idle map timing so it wont jump around as much You've probably done it fine but just asking

I know why the unsafe rule is in place. I just think it is completely unfair on the driver when he has done nothing wrong. It would be better if they took points off the team in the constructors championship. A fine for the team would probably be useless but still better imo I dont think Maldonado is as fast as Grosjean. Im a bit confused as to why your timing is going up in the bottom right cells. It climbs from left to right be a degree every few cells. It should be the opposite.

Might be worth contacting the guys at FC-Hako, they are pretty good and can probably diagnose the fault. Or at least might be worth a shot to talk to them anyway

ID's were just an example. All I know is I got Nismo's because thats what I used last time and my tuner doesnt like them. But too late to change now. Just because they are older tech/design.
