yup i asked the same question here about 3wks ago. consensus is......iridiums are good for longevity etc,....but are about $20-30 each. but coppers conduct charge better, but need replacing more often. so when u change the plugs about 4 times... it adds up to about the same price as a set of iridiums.. go coppers

why not start with stronger rods, pistons. valve springs, solid lifters, and some better cams. that should take up most of your budget and provide a kickass engine. and a 'bigger' turbo and your basically sorted

dude! what would we do without the fuel tax? how would we be able to build and maintain better roads etc. the millions and billions of $$$ that are made from that tax ultimately go back into helping US. sure if they lower the excise margin we will have 5c cheaper fuel.....for maybe 2mths. but at what cost. we will lose millions in public funding. we should be putting the focus into a new form of flammable liquid energy that can easily be assimilated into any car in the country. instead of converting everyone to electric or LNG propulsion

taking the stock ceramic/nylon wheeled turbo past 10-12pound is inefficient. the ceramic wheel was built for response not power. it will simply not be efficient at these levels. it doesnt have the mass to sustain the boost levels past 12pound

need clarification. does it turn when keeping the wheel straight??? or is it oversteer when going around a corner? does this only happen when hitting puddles?

wtf! dont listen to this guy man, he is giving u bad advice. most ADM cars have hi beam lights and low beams on at the same time at high beam. from memory there is a thread in the DIY/TUTORIAL section. if not there are heaps of threads on google. just remember low beams cut almost 10psi of fuel pressure, now having 4 bulbs on at the same time is likely to drain about 15psi of fuel pressure- watch out for that. goodluck.
