  5. im just suprised the h/f item only made 225hp? i got 255hp on a stocker
  6. good topic. but i would like to know how the SUPER HIGH FINISHED MODIFIED cars do. im talking about the $200,000 to $300,000 cars that we see on tv/mags. how do they get around town. i see them getting around in ignition, constantly flooring it etc, and getting no attention. and these cars have anywhere from 800hp-1200hp <---------like the supra in my avatar, how does a car like that aviod cops, whilst still cruising and enjoying what it was built for??? anyone know how they get away with it all?
  7. what about that,,, im unsure of the brand might be xforce. it comes with an electronic solenoid built in that diverts air, baffleing it making it quieter. it was tested on ignition dvd. and sounded nice and quiet. then when u press the button, it unleashes hell
  8. good stuff... free bump
  9. dude u are being really pedantic and critical. we saw a fellow liner in trouble then we offered u advise, good advice i might add that has been tried and tested. and u attempt to flame us out...then thank us for comments wtf?! end of topic facts: - it is R&R - get a programmable ecu -and/or lower boost. problem solved. move on. oh and 'thanks for your question' were here to help
  10. +1. in a gtst it controls the hicas system, but in gtr's its the ATTESSA system control
  11. wat did he get ya for?
  12. people do this because apart from the front nose all r34 look shit house. the rear is 10 metres off the ground and porpoise like a bitch. they are big fat bricks with no incling of aerodynamics. atleast here u still have the nice flowing lines of a r33 with the sharp bulbous nose of the 34. best of both worlds u see how it looks low and sharp. where as if he bought a 34 is would look shit
  13. haha yep. in relation to incorrect facts and shithouse stories: 1st offence: court appearance and loss of cameras for 24hrs 2nd offence: court appearance and loss of cameras for 48hrs 3rd offence: court appearance and loss of all cameras...they are the governments property now. and if on slow news days info is stolen off youtube: -instant confiscation and loss of broadcasting licence for 1yr. thats the law that i would adhere to
  14. REALLY. wow that blows my mind.... was always told to go iriduim tips, for longevity and performance. well if greddy's are just iriduims, will just keep using ngk's http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/pages/technic...spark_plugs.htm (iridiums are meant to be better than copper/nickel ones)
  15. yea fanny. found out they were $60 EACH!!!!! all i have read is that they have iridium tips. and some silicone coating that dissipates heat. was just wondering if anyone has used em, and if their worth the price?
  16. hmmmmmmm... just thinking y u would think a piece of machinery that has been moving up and down billions of times could never break down, loose its seal... it makes sense tho. u love dose pipes. so how could u know.
  17. hhhmmm.........
  18. i agree with col. if u search youtube for past tt and aca hoon story's, PARTICULARLY ACA. they sped up the images so they were 2x as fast. i thought it was suss when people were walking REALLY fast. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=PAlGBe6ZZok as u can see they have dubbed it at 2x as fast. they are shameless... i wouldnt call them journalists. but sensationalists!
  19. -sigh- it is a well documented issue. go check it GTST. "search is your friend"
  20. -sigh- gtst bro AEM is the universal abreviation for AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER ie. any aftermarket equipment. dude........seriously..

  22. DONT PUT THE STOCKER BACK ON MAN. buy an AEM quality plumb back bov. stockers are shit. they leak and fail to seal. think about it. what would u do if u were pushed up and down BILLIONS of simes :S
  23. hi guys. i was at my local autobarn today and spotted some GReddy plugs for $60. now not sure if it is each, or if its the total price for 6? anyhoo i am having trouble finding info on them. atm i am using the standard plugs for any line owner= ngk iridium tips, $24 each! anyone use GReddy items? what is so good about them? are they better than ngk iridiums?
  24. ive had no probs with my vta hks ssq. stock ecu and management. it actually has increased response. lol and for some reason i gained 0.3hp (yay). so apart from the pssscchhhhttt sound man. there is no real benefit of going vta. just means when u accellerate u get that at times unwanted effect and the attention that comes with it. im sure there has to be atleast 1 1000hp+ car out there that runs a plumb back bov... surely?
  25. i believe there is a thread in the forced induction section dedicated to the emu. it has screen shots and technical data about it...but cant remember where. probably on page 1 or 2. happy hunting
