R33 is easy as it comes with 4stud wheels and cmon if you own a skyline generally you know how a turbo works and can trace your airbox into a pipe down where the exhaust manifold is; pipes comming down to the front of the car ans back up again into the intake. r33 NA's just have a big black plastic pipe leading into the plenum.

^^^ apexi is probably alot easier to find and quite a good price; nismo parts tend to be pricey just cos of the brandname. definitely do the cat though; problem with high-flow cats is that they are quite large and physically at a point in the car which scrapes on speedbumps and driveways. My friend has a gtt with a 5inch metal cat and he hates the day he bought it.

Was a big fan of grand theft auto IV; finished it 3 times now im on to saints row 2; not as good as GTA but definitely a game to buy.

the porsche was abit over the top; he probably just wanted to give it a squirt, a car with that much power will hit that speed in 2 seconds and has brakes the size of planets to quickly slow down. the shitbox would have killed a small child that ran into the street or the roadworkers even with plenty of reaction time.

Ive seen the way you drive...you got a heavy foot. hehe dunno man but its good to reset your ECU every once in a while; just unplug the battery and leave it overnight or put hazards on and stomp on the brake for a lil while. never know it might help

Ahh thanks for that info; i will be buying the hks kit now as it comes with the better actuators, I was going to buy the -7's.

Painting it black might help abit; I would def do it if i had an rb25 as i hate the cooler pipes on aftermarket IC with the stock setup. powerwise; the blitz drift 4door r34 was using the stocker and probably pushing close to 600hp. that too; definitely a bonus.

JDM sports cars are 'sports cars' so they always assume that someone young who modify's it for more power is driving dangerously. Police drive commodores therefore they would be less inclined to examine any modification. Fix the problem on your car so its more stealthy and you wont give them a reason to defect you; wishful thinking.

Im thinking along the same lines as you mate; clean and simple to work on etc str8180 or something; he's a member has an r32 gtr with a 3540 and making over 300awkw, hes described the response as almost stock which is a very good thing. but i think he has a custom exhaust housing .72 ???

the front kinda looks like a face that is emotionally 'frightened' the back slope is terrible and what is with the size of those rear windows; might as well not have them at all. much prefer the older model.

definitely new block and a 2.8 litre stroker with 2530 hks turbos would be more than enough for 700hp; plus the extra capacity will produce a very responsive package. definitely post up your progress when you begin!!! good luck!

Hey mate, well you could go for a bolt on gt-rs turbo which looks stock enough and makes great power! basically you buy an rb26 for 4grand (maybe more) you dont know how long its gonna last where a new forged motor is almost new and tough. gt-ss or 2860-7 or -5 are 2500-3000 + dumps and fronts Think about this then; i got a quote from rajab racing in 2002 for $14,500 for a full rebuild with ball-bearing turbo, forgies, turbo rods, injectors, fuel pump, turbo coils, front mount ic, dumps and full 3inch exhaust. All labour included and tuned with a Motec. now thats a big dollar figure considering r33 gts-t are going for around that price now!!!! Now im thinking: sell your car and buy the turbo model because although parts have come down alot you'll still be looking at past 10k and thats just not right. But then again if you buy a gts-t; then it will be probably stockish with zorst and cooler

Another time i had 3 of my friends in the back and 2 at the front passenger seat; the unfortunate soul had his feet into the firewall and his head in the lap on the passenger. When we spotted a police car I rammed his head facedown into his crotch and said get down. the cop pulled us over and the first words he said was "this looks kinky" didnt fine us though; i think the joke factor was enough to mask any anger. lolz
