  1. I am going to get mine through Benson Motorsport in Tassie, username T01-100 on SAU
  2. LOL, your car is mint now with the paint job from what i hear! Cudos for daring to even get a stone chip. I need to go straight up to my car, all canned up for some courage adn key it. That way i wont be stressing about its fancy new rags
  3. Seto CF Cobra == CARNT
  4. Plus, Snowie will be competition next year
  5. Yeh, i dont know the events at Lang Lang, i just assumed the banked oval. PI should also be fun as they are doing lots of little sections of the track as well as sprints. I am keen...but that weekend is ear marked fo rworking on my car for Sandown 28 June or doing Dutton, either way i will be back in Aus. Got to bolt the crap onto my bus so i can wring its neck
  6. Ben? Russ? Can we pony up either of your rides as mine is still in pieces, a cunning attempt by Belsil80s co-driver to stop another rwd 2L from being quicker Seriously, if somebody wants to enter Dutton Vic, let me know
  7. Shame your thing is only quick around carparks Ryan LOL i have to get the dig in before you find your missing killerwasps. And good to see the TX5 still in the build. A move interstate has not stopped the build, be a handful at Lakeside
  8. SOme details on the car? I am guessin black? But could be interested on the complete car. So what i need to know is Currently registered, until when General condition of car? What year model? ABS? Mods/wheels/brakes/ECU/turbos/shocks?
  9. I just hit it so hard that i diplace the whole thing. Its not so obvious when the whole armco is missing, rather then just a dent
  10. Sandown baby, being the "Drag strip" everbody like to claim We can line 'em up on the entry to the straight and see who will hang in there the deepest under brakes. I will win as i dont mind the taste of armco and have no problem rolling in the sandtrap if it means me shooting under you in the braking area
  11. I find when you look at footage of tracks its very different to when you are driving. I bet you dont even notice the walls etc when you are driving or the bumps. I know as a passenger you notice it all...but driving... you seem to zone out. Will make it to Lakesie one day, Mallala is going to happen before that though
  12. Baron, you need to track that thing more. Sub 2.00min laps at PI with short shifting and being kind, since you had only owned the car for 14 hours when you gave me the keys at PI Its a quick car!
  13. I love Rega wheels! Be good to see you and Marlin in a 2L battle All SR20s must HANG! It seems the Sil80s are far more popular then the Onevias. I have always liked the Silvia with 180 nose myself, also saves bit of weight in the hatch area i imagine?!?!?!
  14. Champion effort by the both of them. LOl, when i grow up i want to be as quick as Jeff
  15. LEGEND! Love watching rwd cars being punted hard. Top shelf control...but fark me that track looks scary

I am not sure, different reports different stories. Porsche had been buying shares in the VW group and because the way the German stock exchange is structured nobody knew how much they actually owned. Talk was they had a controlling interest in shares, some have the number at 41%. But Porsche had racked up some debt acquiring the shares and i understand after Porsche slowly eating up VW shares VW has raised the white flag and they have merged. ?!?!?! Either way, Porsche-VW will be a monster, with Porsche now having access to a lot of R&D engineering and boutique production lines for small volume manufacture. Hope they take on Nissan GTR as the buyers will win in the end with crazy fast cars finding their way onto roads. All while being economical and green ?
  17. The std Nissan duct goes under the front tray, so airflow then catches on the castor rod. Give me two weeks i think i will have a good solution for you

Porsche let tradition get in the way of them building a better car. They know the Cayman platform is the better thing then 911, but stick with engineering the 911 to a point where it is a good tool. The rear engine layout is good for power down and braking, but really...dynamically they need to admist it has had its day and like 9ff if they are going to build an AWD weapon they need to make it a two seater, use the Cayman platform with a clever PSM system and awd, 3.6L of twin turbo goodness. With Nissan engineering a car from scratch to be as good as it is Porsche a putting themselves at a disadvantage trying to keep pace with a floored configuration. Perhaps now that they merged with VW some senisbile people and not romantics engineer the next Porsche....but hope they keep some of the romance alive

Shithouse i reckon And all those saying i have to have driven one to understand...wrong. I dont need to drive one, just like i dont need to have banged either of the below girls or need to know which one is better for a roll in the hay.... i simply know which one i would enjoy better GTR, muscle and practical...hey boys she can move the fridge, do the yard work and be good at things you cant undersand, while you just eat and drink whats in the fridge she just moved Or something perhaps not as strong or practical or even competent...but just makes you feel good
  20. Ah Jack, have you looked closely at the configuration of the front Alcons? No biggie, you will jus tneed to swap around the blee nipples and the fluid bridge, then quick trip to anodisers and you are set.

Gibbo, i am sure you are a nice guy...but i think you are underestimating just how repulsive i am. I mean, it at leasts needs to be red with racing stripes if i am ever to have a chance. Plus, my Tag Le Mans jacket goes better with the GT then GTR ...and i have to say, i had a Lambo and Fezza parked in my carparking spaces for a few days at home. I was shocked, but not really surprised by how all of a sudden many of the good looking girls in the apartment complex came knocking on my door. I wish James was still my room mate, surely if i had of shown more initiative i would have bagged more flange then i did LOL, i still think true exotics bag the better standard of gold digger
  24. Looks at calender… hmm I need to speak to few people. I should be a goer, but doubt I will have the new turbo, manifold etc on…but that’s ok. Will give the old original setup one last go at beting my PB

But the Ford GT is cool and sounds mint...even i could get laid in a car like that. An R35 doesnt stand a chance in helping me in those stakes
