  1. Its is a greddy 3 bolt flange...no good if you are looking to run anything but a TD06 range of turbos, though i suppose you could try to change the flange though i dont think that would be all that succesful an approach
  2. Not the fresh duco! LOL love the comittment That vid isntantly reminded me of one of my favourite films. Ben's new name has to be Falfa
  3. Just throw some oil down on the local spot for riders and sit by the side of the road for a guy to drop it. If you need a motor i know a guy in Melb that runs a bike shop and is the guy who might be able to get you back on track. But surely rebuild is the way to go with so much aftermarket support for the things?
  4. I am officially no longer the lone brake whore of SAU
  5. Fark me...trial and tribulations. Good work on slugging it out!
  6. The hills will be alive with the sound of "Big Red"
  7. LOL...tell then who made the CNC mill! I dont think you will have any trouble making some radial mounts
  8. What pistons and boost? Great times! I love your work
  9. In isolation its an easy choice...but how much money do you have to spend and how much cn you and your mates fo properly yourself?
  10. Both, HPC coatin gny itself is next to useless if you are giving your car a sustained flogging. Sure it drops the temps, bt only from farking hot to bloody hot...both are still too hot
  11. If they are Hypermax II then they are far from dodgey. A friend ran them in his car and it was supreme at Wakefield and EC when he used to give me steers of it. If they are shot/leaking then that is something different. The HKS are alloy monotube shocks with prety racey spring rates so no bad thing
  12. LOL, before all my next round of mods i want to get some oil analysis done and do a compression test to see hwo things are going. I hope i can keep them all within 5-10% of one another
  13. It wouldnt be a GTSt if it didnt do a bit of smash and grab on the way to going quick.
  14. Needs way more skidz, doesnt look like you were even trying. Disappointed in Dan, he shoudl have been pumping you up "flat , Flat....FLAT! GO Snowcone...GO!"
  15. Psymon, Ruffels...how much were they going for? Ruffels, got the contact details for Japan plus?
  16. So i have come accross a cheap RB20 NEO from an R34. I understand its a whole 140hp of 2L goodness and was the most economical engine in the R34 range. But thats all i can find out on them? Does anyone else know much about them? Looking at the timing belt cover there is a pronounsed bulge, so i am thinking it has variable inlet cam like the RB25s. I want to see if anyone knows anything of them before i buy it...but i am hoping it has a better head and possibly uses solid lifters and may accept RB25 Neo cams etc.
  17. That car my friend is an absolute credit to you!
  18. You got to drive the ZED? Now i am envious
  19. Not to mention the types of government in control of the new venues for F1. Hardly your typical democratic govts that have to answer to an electorate about how they spend govt money
  20. Awesome effort and awesome times....kind of scary how quick they are around tracks like OP and Wakefield. Cant wait to see the times it does around EC as no doubt you can steer

    Targa Tasmania

GTS-R never broke anything LOL, never won anything either
  22. Well if you ever head down there is always a bed available for interstaters

    Targa Tasmania

LOL, yes it probably has aftermarket rotors with race pas, A few coolers here and there. An exhaust and ECU opening up some more power and some pricey shocks Next year will be like a one make series at Targa
  24. Cool car, any interior pictures? Also, is it an RB20 box or RB25? Is it registered/engineered with te RB25 in it? Is the Microtech plug and play or has it been wired in?
  25. Big CONGRATS to Ben and Tim to get the car to 3rd in Classic. Kept the Porkas and the seemingly unbeatable Broadbent very honest for a few days. Silly weather, what could have been!!?!?!?! 3rd and quicker then Snowy is huge result. LOL it seems GTSt go better with QLDers behind the wheel Good outing for many of the SAU guys, but read that Russ had issue with driveshaft, hope everyone at least made it to the line or had fun trying
