I am 33, own nothing but my R32 GTSt and my cherished DVD collection ... and O'doyle rules! But what has any of this got to do with a 2.8L Stroker kit? As others have suggested f you have a rwd Nissan then its hard to go pst an RB30 bottom end, they are not as cheap as people make out, but way cheaper then any 2.7, 2.8 or 2.9 or even OSG 3L you will get out of Japan. If you like your R34 GTT then have some fun with it...if its a stepping stone then jump ship now and low ball some R34 GTR owner as there are plenty for sale and none seem to be going anywhere soon so may be a good buy out there

I know, i hate it. I have had to start cutting my arms with razor blades to cope with my self loathing. But i dont want to throw a big wing on it and have a head fark of working out whether it was any good, helping/hurting etc. A late model R34 wing has to be a decent enough thing given the effort Nissan put into it and the fact it was unchanged on the Z-Tune. So hoping it gives me a tad stability and doesnt hurt straight line speed. Also hoping some of the pace of the car it came off spreads to mine The Zed looks mint now...Stealth Bomber!

I want to see all the manufacturers walk out and stick with this years rules, instant multi million dollar saving right there. Have a car that runs under the same rules for 3 years, then change a simple vairable like engines, or use of data acquisition, communication to the pits or to and from the pits. So many ways to make the racing cheaper without re-writing the rule book

Eek, hope luck is with you re engine woes. Nah, far from it. I hate paint and dont really care for flashy paint jobs. Just want my car to look neat, being my only car and my daily i need it to look neat and tidy so nt to get pulled over and reamed for the all the "stuff" i have on it. So more a survival thing. Std guards, after all i am still a lowly GTSt owner who is too cheap to spring for the cost of labour to throw on the bigger guards I so badly want to get out there with the new setup and exhaust, i know the EPA / Noise guy at Sandown wont bother me. I am pretty sure the car will now be loud enough that he will have to cover his ears, close his eyes as he grimaces in pain and nose starts to bleed. So too preocupied to bother wth reading the dB meter
