1. Thats great amount of lock abe, what have you modified for that much lock? Im trying to get more lock on my 33 but at the moment just have the spacers in there and the r33 rack only goes lets a 4mm spacer slide in, whats the next step I have to take?
2. Hard to give an exact difference as when I took it out I also added all the adjustable arms and changed the settings but It felt with having a softer sway bar in the front gave me me more feel in the corner but yeah its different for everyone, try disconnecting the front sway bar next time you drift for one session and see how it feels.
3. Great work really like what you have done, especially the interior I love it.
4.

Thats not good, do you have that bottom end that you were talking about building on the side ready? What actually happened did the fitting snap or something?
5. An update on my progress I got it all setup and all and just use the liquid thread sealant on all the threads had no leaks besides for that damaged one so took it off and smeared a light coat of the sealant over the damaged chaffer and let it cure over night and so far running no leaks anywhere. The length of hoses are redicolous im not very happy with how I had to mount them in order to fit them in but what can you do.
6. He means just put a washer on the 3 CAS bolts to space out the CAS. The amount it needs to come depends on the difference of the cover thickness. I forgot to put my spacer in one day running no cover and my CAS broke in 5 min down the road.
7. Yeah theyll leak if used without and sealant but if you use sealant correctly and it doenst leak theres nothing wrong with the kit just abit more labour involved but if you get it all right in the end with no leaks it will do the job. Although if I was going to buy one again I will just fork out double and get a good one for ease of installation but thats not to be said I can't make this one work just got to be careful and make sure its all done right.
8. Yeah but thats if you apply it to all the threads if you leave 1 or 2 threads it wont be able to break off. Im using some other liquid sealant i got from enzed its rated to work on oils oetrols gases etc. Ive used it on my oil sensors and its worked hopefully will work here aswell.
9. Well i took into account hes young just got hes new car and im tipping hed want to go out at nights on the weekend and take the car out which is majority of the time when you get done.
10. Im running a hypergear tr43i (the really really old model) I guess comparing it to power terms of a garett would be closet to a 3071. Im running 17.5 psi.
11. My half moon is still in my cam and CAS and mines advanced the full way for 15 degrees.
12. The other problem is if its a gtst even if you convert it and dont get it engineered and re registered as NA the cop can still do you for turbo.

I get the same feeling to all RB motors in general gtr or gtst. I just love the way they drive and the smile you get on your face when planting it and having the car go spastic, for me RB's for life.
14. Yeah I get that part about there still being enough taper left but with these jjr kits and fittings there dodgy and everyone who hasnt used teflon on the thread has had them leak. Im not putting teflon on the taper just on the thread.
15. Would it be any different using teflon tape or liquid teflon instead of loctite?
16. Putting in my jjr oil cooler atm and had a accident which resulted in this pictured below to the fitting. Now im wondering since these jjr kits leak anyway without teflon tape will this still work now with the use of teflon tape?
17. Yes you can ive done that in 4 th to test out my clutch good fun lol
18. Take off the top timing belt cover and have a look for it and if its fallen into the bottom part stick a flexi magnet down there and see if you get it. I wouldnt want a screw jumping around the belt. You could also turn the engine by hand and have a listen if the screw is there.
19. One more thing youd want to take into consideration is skylines are cop targets espxially on P's and clearing defects again and again can be hard and expensive.
20. Go stock one can pick up whole kit with genuine belt idlers tensioners water pump thermostat 250 delivered from US.
21. My car is not tuned lean with 555 to make 300 kw , its a very safe tune. But yeah in the end comes down to how the specific tuner tunes if he dorsnt believe he can get away with 555 then gota do whats hes confortable with.
22. Got any photos of the white r33 no front bar sau sticker?
23. Will do, but the results will be more use for say a day where the weather is 25 degrees plus but that will have to wait til later on in the year.
24. Well ive got a oil cooler here and going to install this week and well see how that goes at the next drift day but since its winter and outside temps are under 20 degrees its not a problem like this weekend hit max 90 degrees so will see how it goes with the oil cooler in a few weeks.
