.. i mean HKS Silent
-
There's the HKS 'quiet' zorst but i'm not sure how quiet that is. Also, i think it's APEXi that have mufflers with a valve that opens under certain pressure so it's ok for cruisin and then opens up for the extra power. CHeck thier site. it has a flash of it working
-
Try nengun's site and email greenline as they don't advertise thier prices but are often cheaper. They should be able to beat the other 2 mentioned but be prepared to wait.

Ah ha !!! http://www.scorched3d.co.uk/

The link was typed in from memory so it could be wrong. I'm sure it's been revamped to some extent. Maybe search, it could be the publisher with the .co.uk ...I'm sure they said it was redone ????
-
Haha, i rang the radio station and they played last nights review over the phone to me. How helpful It was 'Scorched Earth' Apparently a free download at www.scorchedearth.co.uk but i can't access it from work If anyone gives it a go, let me know how it goes. Thanks...Birnie

I really can't remember but i think it's along the lines of Command Conquer ? I even said it out loud to myself in the car and still forgot !
-
OK, I have to ask.... I was listening to the radio last night and they mentioned a group coding games for machines that are 4-5yrs old as not everyone can afford all the vid-cards etc to play the latest shizza. They gave the website for the FREE download and silly me forgot the website, and the name of the game. This sounds ideal for playing on night shift at work, tehe, I can remember that it was a <something>.uk.co (geeze that narrows it down) Anyone know what I'm on about? (I've really narrowed it down haven't i) Oh, and apparently it's a revamp of an old game.

That's gotta be one of the most helpfull things I've ever heard! You should make a little DIY "boost leak identification" thread...seriously The can is a crack up too Are you pressurizing thru the wastegate feed?
-
I don't see how this could be stuffed up. The history of your order should be there. Check it and it whould be obvious who made the mistake. The 2 part numbers in question are only 1 digit out and nearly look the same at first glance. I'm not saying who's at fault but it would be really easy to pick the wrong one in the instance. If you have a budget of $2500 and a minimum goal of 250rwkws with fast spooling, get the HKS GT-RS that you already mentioned. Definately reach your 250rwkws and up to around the 280 i believe plus the kit on nengun delivered is $2276 with EVERYthing needed for a bolt on job. http://www.nengun.com/hks/turbo-kit-gt-rs Brand new turbo All lines included FAST spoolin' Get it ! -
My new Tomei (Nissan) Z32 was delivered today The mesh looks better The sticker looks marginally better, and slighly different design. There is definatley no mention of 'Nissan' imprinted in the plastic. From memory, the sensor looks to be a diferrent colour?? (maybe wrong there) The top plastic cover plate looks to be a bit dogey though, although if all the interior bits are OK, it won't make a difference. Here's some pics....
-
Still waiting for the part to be delivered. Looking at the Courier Tracking, it should be here tommorrow. (took ages !) I'll do an oil change and sparkies. change the AFM and get it tuned, I'll let you know what happens.................

Howdy Mr Weevil Twas me ! I thought it was you cause of your avatar photo and the Horsnby connection. Saw Anthony-GuiltToy on the way home on the F3 too
-
Group Buy Section ! Cheap slotted RDA rotors, so cheap he won't advertise the price PM and he'll send you the details. Some very happy customers there
-
If you've got time, nengun. Quite a few options for under $400 new delivered. I got the Power FC add on boost controller for $350 delivered

Just what the doctor ordered : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t=0&start=0

Gave it another blat on the way home on 0.9psi... It hit the last cell (verticle) in the 20x20 map so right on maxing out. This sucks....still, like i said, a new one on the way
-
If you have 3 different sized ratchets in a set, you'll find the biggest one fits in perferctly without any attatchments. Also, i bought some of the red coloured sealant/thread locker to stop the screw coming loose later. Can't remember what it was called.
-
..and, R33 actuator standard is 5psi What sort of Turbosmart 'dud' did you get? Was it just a single/manual/under-bonnet bleeder? Not much can go wrong with them. Have you set it up right?
-
Hehe, yes, you were right Mr Cubes But what abour 4.5v on 0.9bar - HKS2535. (is 4.5v the same as 4500 thingos on the hand controller? mvs??? can;t remember) Does that sound OK?
-
Note that this one is just a fancy bleeder with no electronic control on the level of boost. The only 'electronic' part is the the toggling between settings. To HOLD the boost at a certain level, you need to read what boost you are on and adjust accordingly, this item has no sensor and no ECU-unit to do the calulations. THere is another one that does and is resoanably cheap if i can find it...... Here : http://cgi.ebay.com.au/New-HDi-Full-Electr...1QQcmdZViewItem Personally i would do either 1) just get a single stage manual bleeder such as a Turbosmart for $50-$100 2) spend the extra $80? to get the REAL-electronic one 3) get a decent brand electronic like Blitz/Profec sent thru nengun for around $330-$350 delivered 4) oh yeah, and of course, 2nd hand of any of the pre mentioned options

Funny you should ask, i called Michael today. Don't need it but was just interested. I mentioned it was already an RB25/GCG high flow blowing smoke. Worst case was $1200 and best case was $700. A definate possibilty if that's what you are after.
