  1. No worries Dunc, Auspost was rock bottom anyway, so nothing to save. At least you'll have a nice present waiting on your return.
  2. Update time. THE BARS AND LINKS HAVE ARRIVED!  I will be picking up everything on Monday and putting everyones kits in the mail during next week. Given estimated postage times of 2-3 days; some of you will have parts late next week and the remainder after the weekend. It's a fairly big undertaking to get all of these packed and sent, as you might imagine, but I'll be going as hard as I can to get them out quickly. A few people have made changes to shipping addresses over the last couple of weeks, If i could get you all to confirm with me that the addresses I have are correct; that would be great. Thanks again for your support and also your patience with this Group Buy; it's been a pleasure dealing with you all; we're almost there. I'll do my best to PM everyone over the weekend, but feel free to contact me, if you have any questions. Cheers, Dale.
  3. Given that they are a Whiteline branded product, these ones will be resplendent in "Whiteline Silver". Probably with a sticker... You can always scuff them up, and go stealth rattle can black... I know I would.
  4. No worries, it'll be fine, there's only a couple of days in it one way or the other, but I'm sure the guys will appreciate you taking one for the team
  5. I can has awesome also?
  6. Get on this. (No bias) BC's don't vary in price; it'll be a while before you can get this price again. These will make a bigger difference to the handling of your car than coilovers will. Thanks for the payments guys; you know who you are. You all have PM's Let's get a couple more, then i can place the order. The sooner we have 5; the sooner I can order; the sooner you can have your bars. Cheers, Dale.

  8. If it's stuck, drown it in WD40 or similar, leave it to soak; then loosen a little until it binds. Drown again, wind the bolt back in until it binds; this will work the WD down the thread. Just work the bolt back and forth; you may get it out. If you find it seizes solid; it may be better to just break the bolt off, (ie turn it until the head breaks off) remove turbo and drill out, re-tap and re- stud. It's a pain in the arse I know, but then you know it's right.
  9. Nice! I'm with you on this; 2hours work absolute TOPS! I did mine on a set of ramps in just over an hour; the wheels don't even need to come off. If you're Sydney based; I can help you with this. Good job mate! Thanks for the support guys, lets get a couple more; then I can get ordering! Cheers, Dale.
  10. Guys, I'm anticipating good news based on a message I recieved tonight. More details tomorrow...
  11. Mmm, blank canvas. Paint looks nice. Enjoy!
  12. "Romuchun Lom serious bear" RAAWWRRR! No throttle restriction! Lol?
  13. Yeah, that's the plan; there seems to be plenty of stiffness in the lower lip, that it won't require the centre bar. I just have to find some mesh that doesn't look cheap & tacky. I'm thinking some stainless woven mesh.
  14. Import Monster dropped off my new Aero selection front bumper today! Now for some mesh & paint!
  15. Lol, I think I like the first one...
  16. Got to respect a man prepared to chop 2 perfectly good bonnets. Even if one of them is off a Ford... Jokes aside; the bulge is a better match than I would have expected. Looking forward to seeing in place.
  17. I got $600 for mine, with virtually brand new 2 pac paint; mine were literally like brand new. That's the ballpark you'd be looking at.
  18. Go through your insurance; I don't even bother giving them the opportunity anymore...
  19. Man, I really hope so! It's difficult, but I'm stuck until I get the call...
  20. Well, if that's the case, he'd better hurry; we're due for delivery very soon! I might still be able to add to the order.
  21. Sounds like this might work; Toshi, would you be able to arrange a run up on a dyno to observe how the remapped ECU behaves, and then provide feedback to the tuner regarding any issues if any arise as part of the process? If so, I'd volunteer, if someone is prepared to loan/rent me an ECU? Otherwise, who's willing to go first?
  22. Hate to nitpick eh? Lol, all good; I'm the king of gettin' it wrong... I agree though, it's interesting how some people will pass up a tidy car with some kays, for one with lower kays, in worse condition.
  23. Nomi, check out this link; http://motamota.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?topic=135040.0 It's a big read, but this fella has a VQ35, 6 speed in his R31 Skyline, which is as close to your engine bay as you're going to find. There's heaps of detail in the thread, and he has adderessed all the issues you might come across. Good luck with the conversion. Cheers, Dale
